I love the hardware, still adjusting to software!

It is flexible to my assorted needs, lightweight and has a great battery life! The new Operating System took some getting used to, as well as some of the AI and Security settings that came with it. I added a wireless mouse but also use a drawing tablet sometimes. The Touch Screen is also handy, but sometimes I need to remember that I had just put on hand lotion! I wish it came with more than one traditional USB port, but I added an inexpensive hub because I needed to access multiple flash drives or external storage devices at a time. I do love the option of having charging on either side with the USB-C!

Great laptop with AMD cpu and nice screen

The AMD cpu and graghics array provide a clear and crisp display while not costing alot of $$ for denser pixels. The layout and flexibility of the screen and keyboard allow for many usage configurations and touch screen input. The price offered by Best Buy was very attractive and I am pleased with the sales advice and purchase!

The screen size and resolution are excellent and the keyboard is a good size and has backlight. The ram and ssd drive sizes are excellent for the money. A very well built and functional laptop.

Great store and staff. Product is good so far after a a few months. One hiccup when starting up one day. More to come. Great screen, processor, speed, and ease of use. Easy setup.

Great laptop for school/work

The screen is super clear, it runs really smooth with the Ryzen AI 7, and with 16GB RAM and a 1TB SSD I’ve got more than enough space for everything. I also like that I can flip it into tablet mode for notes or studying. On top of that, it was about $200 cheaper at Best Buy than it was on Amazon when I bought it, so it felt like a solid deal too. A big plus for me was having a laptop that had a number pad and this one did as well. Great laptop!

I have not used this particular lenovo lap top but i have an older model (about 2010) and it still works wonderfully.. Lenovo has not let ne down!
