I had previously purchased an HP computer about 3 years ago, and it died. Luckily, I'd also bought a 3-yr extended warranty, and since BB wasn't able to fix it in 30 days, I was able to pick up this one to replace it. So far, I've had zero complaints, and in one way, this computer's better, as the other didn't have a numeric keyboard (which is so useful).

Excellent service and recommendation, I was undecided what laptop to buy, and the team guide me through what I need and which equipment was more suitable for me.

Be aware that the charger that plugs into the wall for this laptop has a black cover that is perfectly fit around the plug and it’s warning is so tiny and hard to see that I missed it and now the charger got so hot that, thankfully, caused the laptop to completely shut down and it was protected, but the charger is burn up, and I have to buy a new one now. Apparently this happens a lot, and the girl that helped us at Best Buy didn’t know anything about this laptop so she didn’t know to warn us. Otherwise, Lenovo appears to be a great product. I’m still checking it out after I get my new charger.

Staff was very helpful and Lenovo Yoga was exactly what I was looking for, easy to set up too.

This is the 4th computer we've purchased. We use them for personal, business, and for our kids college. Great computers that last a long time which makes a wonderful investment.

I recently retired and wanted to buy a laptop. Our school district provided Lenovo laptops and I never had trouble with my work laptop so I decided to go with Lenovo since I knew it was a quality laptop.

Love this Laptop. It's not great for gaming but it does the trick.

Everything's amazing, but after 4 months, USB-C port stopped working correctly and now I'm unable to charge it, don't know what to do

Overwhelmed and frustrated, I was headed for the door when a salesman asked why was I frowning and could he help. He listened and explained all I needed to know to make an informed decision. I am so glad he stopped me. I am enjoying my new laptop. Its sleek but sturdy. I love the beautiful display, touch screen, full size backlit keyboard and tons of storage. Its fast with a great battery life. Surprise...its convertible 2 in 1. I didn't know until i got it. Great price and delivered right to my door. Simply thrilled.
