This would be a good computer for me if I can use have been having trouble with getting the parts that I need for this brand new computer adapter went out after 2 weeks of having it and geek squared kept cord so now having trouble getting a new cord will not buy another one from this company

I loved the price, size and weight of this laptop. After 5 days the screen started to have lines, blurry and then screen would shut down. I had to open and shut the lid to get the monitor back on. Returned it.

If you want a slow responding laptop, this is the perfect fit. Bought this laptop in May and returned it to the store within 2 hours of purchase because screen was doing acting like a strobe light for several minutes straight. Received a new device that night and was fine. Did the same strobe light effect a couple of months later, but only lasted a couple of seconds and haven't had the problem since. Took device to Geek Squad in December to see what was causing slow processing speed and they "fixed" this problem. A week later, the battery light was on, but it was unplugged and no response from the power button. Took it back to Geek Squad and they "fixed" this problem. Got it back a week later and it seemed to work. Less than 48 hours later, returned the device to Geek Squad for the same battery/power issue and it's going on two weeks with a both motherboard and hard drive needing replaced. Avoid this product at all costs. Don't be fooled by the salesperson on how great this device is.

Hello, I recently had a need for a Windows laptop. I purchased this laptop due to it's small and lightweight size, good amount of RAM and an SSD. I wasn't to interested in a touch screen but it was a nice bonus. I really like that it's so fast. The design is very high quality. I folded the screen over and tried out the tablet mode. I really like it and will use it a lot more than I thought I would. I was concerned about the 900Mhz processor but it's dual core. I played some games and YouTube videos in 1080p in full screen and never saw one glitch. I was going to buy a Macbook air and put windows on it with bootcamp but this offers so much more. I really like it and am very pleased.

Day 1. Take it out of the box brand new. Turn it on. Screen is shaky. Had to return it. Day 2. Exchanged for new one. Installed all necessary programs for work. Screen Keeps shutting off and turning back on. Day 24. In a very important deposition taking down testimony (court reporter), someone accidentally kicked the charger out of outlet, laptop shut off entirely without me doing a thing, I lost all testimony.

The fact that the laptop was made by Lenovo and that the processor was made by intel should have made for a better product.

Right out of the box had pixels out. took back to the store...
