Love that this laptop is so versatile and can easily go from a regular laptop to touch screen tablet while in use. Also allows use of touch screen while laptop is set up to be in use. Kids can operate easily. Lightweight like a tablet but all benefits of a laptop.

This computer is lightweight and touchscreen so acts as a duo of computer and tablet in one. The screen turns all the way around so you can is as a tables! It’s the perfect size to just put in your back pack or purse and take it anywhere!

About a month ago, I got the itch to purchase a small, lightweight laptop for taking my work on the go. I already had a 15-inch computer, but protested that it was way to heavy to be lugging around on the fly. I went to Best Buy and picked up every computer in the store and at first, settled on a Chromebook. I thought, I'm only using Google Docs and the internet on this anyways, so why not? I took home the Chromebook and was so underwhelmed, I returned it within a few days of hemming and hawing. I wanted to love this little laptop that I was planning to buy, and the Chromebook was just not doing the trick. So, again I went back and picked up every computer until I grabbed this one. My first thought was, "Ooo this is pretty light, I almost threw it over my shoulder." Then I saw it was touchscreen. Then I saw it had an i5 processor and a solid state hard drive that had plenty of space. Then I saw it was Lenovo and initially, I cringed. My work computer is a Lenovo and I hate it, but I was told that all the work programs would undoubtedly make the computer run slow. And it was just so light and the price was right, so I took the plunge. After a month, I still am in love with this mini powerhouse and couldn't recommend it enough for the worker/writer on the go.

All in all this is a very compact and easy to carry system with good performance my biggest grief with that is that the 128 GB hard drive that's installed is as high as you can go. It appears Lenovo has it locked down in a closed system as one technician put it and it cannot be upgraded. I believe that goes for the memory too.

This is one of those little 2in1 yogas with the tablet size screen and built in keyboard that does not de-attach but it doesn't matter because when you flip it around, the keys face out, but recede and turn off, so you sort of have a tablet. What is really nice is the i5 + 8GB with windows for excel. i'm not doing a lot of calculations, but I do have to edit spreadsheets created elsewhere, so this works well. My wife likes to do powerpoint and word so all this msft office stuff is a snap on windows 10 even with a small screen. She's mostly on the couch. surfing etc. Internal memory is 128 GB so we have a 200 GB usb flash drive plugged into the one usb slot and if we need more connectivity, we use a small hub instead. You can buy 128 GB flash for $40, so having a few is perhaps a pain for some, but it works for us.We also have a bluetooth mouse that really helps. So it's $500 with a year protection vs. a surface or something in between for 2x more This fits in my wife's purse. One final dealbreaker for some, the right shift is too small and too far over. Next to it is a page up. so when you hit shift you mostly hit page up. Oh well. We're adjusting, others may not want to. MicroHDMI out is unusual, but we don't really need it anyway. Battery life is OK, but it charges up fast. You can put in sleep mode and it'll fire up immediately where you left off and reboot is great with SSD.

My daughter loves it. It's lightweight and easy to transport. My daughter likes the flexibility to use the touch screen option verses typing.

This laptop is so great in size, it can fit in my purse and is very light weight. it is also touchscreen and acts as a tablet too. i love it!

I'm quasi-computer illiterate and had no idea what kind of computer to buy when I came to Best Buy for some much-needed help & guidance. I was looking for a small, light, compact laptop, but one which would still be completely functional, as I run around all over the city with my laptop as I need it for work -- this laptop is PERFECT! It's everything I wanted and there's definitely a lot more fun perks I'm still discovering, i.e. the laptop screen is touchscreen if you decide to use that feature...great device for a great price...

I'm on my second college degree, and I got this computer to replace my old hulking monster of a laptop. The combination of the weight, keyboard, battery life, and touchscreen makes it great for school. My only complaint is that there is only 1 USB, and it uses an alternative smaller sized HDMI that is a little rare to find.

This laptop is great to carry around, because it is as light as a 11” MacBook Air, and battery life is good as well. The SSD helps it boot very quick and stay cool and quite. RAM is okay but the processor is underpowered and quite slow leading to longer processing times etc. other than that, great screen and resolution. The trackpad is not the best and the feel seems very artificial, but it works okay.

Absolutely great laptop especially for the money. Small, light and powerful. Starts up in seconds. Not one complaint.

I recently purchased this device and I must say that I am in love. Sleek, thin and lightweight enough to grip securely with 1 hand, this device is great for those who are always on the go. I love the touchscreen feature which is responsive like my iPad and the overall display is quite brilliant. Also worthy of mention is that the keyboard is easy to type on and the battery holds charge well.

This is a review for the Lenovo 710 80V6000PUS. The touchscreen is accurate, works good with Paint and drawing programs. You can swipe, expand, and position the pages that you are working on. After using the touchscreen a while, if you go back to a laptop with just a keyboard, you will be touching that screen to make it do what the 710 can. The keyboard feels great to type on. Low, low heat on the bottom while it is being used, hardly noticed. Fair to good sound from the speakers. This mostly depends on the background sound. I would like one more USB port, but I can always use an additional USB hub. You will need a mini HDMI to regular HDMI cable to connect to your TV. Not expensive at all. The size is probably the best part of this laptop. It feels solid when in use. It feels thin and light when you move it. Start up happens in 1-3 seconds. The wireless connection seems immediate and doesn't drop out at all. Camera and microphone work as expected. I like this so much.

I love the size and weight...so light weight yet large enough screen to see...great speed too

Compact but powerful. Good Battery life - last 5-6 hours easily bottom of laptop does heat up a bit which is expected since hard to blow air through such a small footprint. Nice screen only thing is website auto adjusts page for phone layout so always have to pinch to expand for reading/surfing - No sure if its something in the browser settings. Recommend getting Micro HDMI adaptor to connect to big screen.
