I have been quite impressed with this machine so far. Small, portable, lightweight, good build quality, great screen. Actually does quite well with light gaming with the GT940. As others have noted, the right shift key is in an odd location and is problematic.

I wasn't sure about purchasing a brand that I was not familiar with so I am giving it a chance. I have not gotten use to not having a 10 key keyboard. Everything seems to be working great, the battery life is great, actually get 4 times the battery life than I did the Toshiba I had, that was terrible. There is only one dislike I have with this laptop, it's the right side shift key. For all of us that do a lot of typing this can be really frustrating. I am constantly hitting the arrow key which is where the shift key belongs and it moves my curser to another field. I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 star for that reason. Otherwise I am happy with my purchase.

I am always really satisfied with Lenova laptops. I've purchased 2 of these for my family. We love the touch screen, the speed and accuracy, love the tablet, love the ssd, love the backlit keyboard. It works like a dream and it's light weight.

ssd and win10 is really fast, and the 15 inch screen is tight which make it portable. There are visible scratchs for this open box item, but the price is there, nothing to complain.

Good amount of features for a mid to high end laptop: tablet functionality works well, good dedicated nvidia graphics card (kind of rare these days), fast, thin and lightweight.

Quick startup with ssid. Touch screen is very convenient. Need to be,careful with the enter key on the right side of the keyboard. The power button is sometimes,difficult to use. Other than that the Lenevo is an excellent machine.

We purchased this to replace an ASUS Windows 8 laptop for my wife. It more than met her needs, as her primary activities are email, internet browsing, viewing video for online college courses, and online shopping. It is an excellent computer. She really appreciates the speed of the solid state drive, both in boot up time and file access time. The only quirk, as others may mention, is the location of the shift key on the right side of the keyboard. It is not standard, so that one must learn to reach out further to the right to press that key. It still requires a conscious effort on my part to do this, though it may become automatic in the future. Lenovo gets good reliability and quality ratings, which are important to us.

Best product you can buy for the price. Very well build, very fast, excellent screen, extremely portable for the size of the screen, excellent battery.

I almost passed this computer because of the reviews I read. the only complaint was that it was noisy and the right shift key was small. Well, it is true that the small right shift key takes some getting use to but the computer is absolutely silent. I really like how trim and solid it is and the solid state drive makes for blazing fast boot and operation.

This ended up being the perfect gift for Mom when she told me that her old laptop was on its last leg and that she hated how small the screen was on her ipad mini. This laptop is very fast and provides versatility to be used not only for running microsoft office programs, but also to serve as a media hub for watching videos while laying in bed or popping it up on the counter to catch up with a favorite netflix show while cooking dinner. I am always wary about throwing too much tech at my mother each year, but she took like a fish to water and found switching from laptop to touch screen a very easy process with intuitive features. I almost want to go back and buy one for myself.

The 1st one had a dead pixel so I returned it for another one. So far I do love this laptop but as many have said the right shift key is very annoying and whoever thought of changing the design isn't to bright. I finally broke down yesterday and downloaded the program to change the up arrow key to the shift key and vice versa. So far it's working out ok but need to give it a few more days to see if I can live with this. The specs on the laptop are great and it's light and with a few tweaks I really think I made a great choice.

My son loves his new Lenovo Yoga laptop. It is easy to use, has a large clear and detailed screen and picture. He loves the touch screen and adjustable positions. It is very fast even for games.

I was a bit torn about getting this laptop only because of the small SSD drive (256 GB). I have quite a few games that I like to play and there was no way they would fit. But I installed the games on a portable hard drive and it works like a charm. This computer is very fast with a near instantaneous boot time. I agree with others about the small shift key on the right side of the keyboard being awkward but also have adjusted to it. Screen is bright and colors are vibrant. Computer is very thin and easily fits in any 15.6 inch bag. In fact, the screen fills most of the top, there is very little border, so this laptop has about the same footprint as a 14" Dell laptop I have.

Great 2in1. I tried and returned 3 laptops and wasnt happy. After waiting a few months i started looking again. This laptop came to the top of the list. Best Buy had to open one since none were on the floor when i found this online. Great 2in1, Screen, Dedicated Graphics card/memory, i5, SSD. We have had it for a few months now and couldn't be happier. I looked at the i7 version and just don't need it or think i would notice the difference for basic computing. The only reason its not a 5, wish it had a bigger SSD.

I needed a new laptop and wanted one that was convertible and a SSD. I like the speed, flexibility and long battery life.

This was a gift for a family member during the holidays. The processing power is perfect for anyone looking to do heavy duty processing. The CPU along with the GPU inside makes it a perfect match for light gaming. SSD inside allows for fast boots and fast opening of applications. 8GB's of RAM is perfect for those who are moderate users of applications. The nice touch is the included fingerprint reader. Allows for quick signing into Windows. It's a perfect laptop over all and highly recommended as a gift for those who don't need a ton of processing power but it's there if they need it.

My last computer was about 6 years old so it was somewhat slow. I love the speed and especially the touch screen on this new laptop. The battery lasts a long time too.

This laptop was just ok to me. We needed a new laptop quick so i didnt do my normal research before purchasing. I was considering a mac but the sales associate at best buy compared the mac with the lenovo yoga 710 and we figured for the same specs and half the price our decision was made. We get it home and right out of the box i spend almost 2 hours trying to figure out why i have no sound. Kept saying it couldnt find the driver. So i had to download the new driver i found somewhere on the internet. Red flag for me right away. I shouldnt have to do that with something that new and that expensive. Other issues were for whatever reason it would lag and freeze on facebook. My wife sometimes needs to run sales parties through facebook and had to do it on her phone because the laptop was just not working. Also on a nitpicky note the right shift key is in an odd location. Which makes it hard if you are used to typing a certain way. Good points were that i liked the touchscreen. Seemed very responsive and quick whe it was working right and very good and loud sound coming from the speakers which also the speakers are in an odd location as well. They are on the bottom so if you have it on your lap the sound is muffled. In the end we returned this laptop and ended up with an HP Spectere Which is a breath of fresh air compared to the Lenovo.

It's fast loading, and great screen quality. Battery is good, last for about 6 hours, which is fine for me.

Power wise, this laptop was great for the price. It booted up quickly, loaded programs quickly, etc, however I did end up having to return it after quickly figuring out that it was going to make doing my homework more trouble then it was. As a college student it was important that I find a computer that could both meet my school needs first and unfortunately this laptop did not. When I began typing up one of my class papers I found that it I kept hitting the up key instead of the shift key when I wanted to capitalize a letter. This led to my papers getting confusing and jumbled and more work than it was worth to do on this laptop. I did have my boyfriend and my mother try typing on this keyboard and both of them were extremely surprised to see that I use the right shift key instead of the left shift key to capitalize my letters, but that is how I have always typed and after a few weeks I could not adjust so I will be returning it as I feel as if investing this much in a laptop should produce a laptop that I am MORE than happy with. I give this computer 3 stars because of the odd shift and up key placement but if you hardly ever use the right shift key then I doubt it would be an issue for you. Otherwise this computer ran beautifully.
