With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

I am very glad i bought this laptop. It has an i7 processor and 256gb of space (a relief after experiencing mac). At the beginning i was having the same issues that a lot people where having with the internet adapter, but after i updated the driver that issue got resolved. Other than that the computer works great, i love that i can turn it into a tablet and that it has touchscreen. The features allow me to do so much more i couldn't do before . I really haven't had any issues with performance and i have used it for normal stuff to light gaming and even art with digital pen and it hasn't disappointed at all. The only downside is the battery life. It quite short. But coming from Mac I'm pretty used to having it plugged most of the time lol.

To maximize battery life, first adjust your battery saver settings. Posted .We are sorry to hear you are having issues with the WiFi on your Lenovo Yoga 730-15. There is a new RealTek WiFi Card Driver update version currently available. This will correct the WiFi connectivity issue that is currently being found within Lenovo models with the RealTek 8822BE WiFi Card.
Install the new driver version on the computer with the WiFi connectivity issue, RealTek Wireless Driver for Windows 10 (64-bit) Lenovo –

Plugged in works fine, battery not so much

Seemed like a great device with the option to be able to use it as a tablet too. However after I had it 17 days (past the 15 return date) the battery wouldn't charge. Contacted support and they have me try new drives, updating etc. When that doesn't work they tell me to mail it to their repair center. I told them no I spent over $1000 and that isn't going to happen as I use it for work and can't just send it out for repair. AND it is brand new I should not have to do that. So they charge me another $84.00 and someone will come to the house to fix it (I guess you get this option 1 time under warranty? not sure) Anyway they took my $84.00 8 days ago and still no one has shown up or contacted me to fix the battery. So I contacted them again yesterday to ask when someone is going to come fix it. Well seems they are out of the parts (what no batteries???) so i need to wait until they get the parts to have someone fix it. So here I sit attached to the wall when I want to use my brand new expensive Lenovo. Also no idea if when they fix it if it will actually be repaired correctly and work with no issues going forward. I should have probably bought a regular laptop from a different company as this one doesn't seem to care that a brand new machine has issues. So right now the way I am feeling about this probably won't buy their brand again in the future.

Hard drive failure after 8 months

After 8 months, I had to send my computer to Lenovo for a hard drive replacement. (I had a backup computer.) The malfunction was obviously a factory defect because when I called, I received no pushback once I described the symptoms. I can't recommend or not recommend. I like the laptop. Very fast speed and durable. The shape is awkward and the laptop is heavy. No CD/DVD option.

I am very frustrated with the fact that this laptop keeps dropping the Bluetooth connection which makes me lose my mouse and external keyboard and pen. You then have to save all of your work and restart the laptop to get it back. HAPPENS ALL THE TIME!!! If this was fixed, I would give 5 stars and recommend to a friend.

Posted .The Yoga 730-15 ships with Bluetooth 4.1 capability. Be sure the mouse and keyboard you are using are compatible with Bluetooth 4.1. You can also check the drivers on the computer to be sure they are up to date by using the Lenovo Utility software installed on the computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. Nice Laptop/CPU

It serves as my home office CPU when connected to a 34" LG monitor via a Targus docking station. Can keep laptop open for second screen or close it. To take it somewhere else (lazy boy in living room or client meeting) it is just a matter of unplugging a couple of USB cords. As a stand-alone laptop it is powerful and the backlit keyboard really is nice. I do have to change the display settings to go full-screen when disconnected--a minor price to pay to use a 34 inch monitor. The Targus docking station also allows for a permanently connected keyboard and i-phone charge. The Yoga allows me the flexibility I want and powerful enough to work as both a CPU and laptop.

Excellent laptop, just not for me

The amount of memory, storage, connectivity and screen are on par with the best laptops. I really was interested in a tablet with pc power. The Yoga fit the bill perfectly. But, I ended up using my surface 6 pro all the time because it is so lightweight but powerful. I would recommend this pc to anyone that needs a powerful pc/tablet and doesn’t mind a little weight. Just my preference.

Great choice for school

It has a great look to it and the picture is sharp. I like that it didn't have the extra numeric keyboard since I do not need it. It works great with Excel, Word and PowerPoint. I love that I can flip it over and watch movies in tablet mode. One of the downsides is trying to unlock it with my fingerprint. I have set it up numerous times and it still only reads my print once in a while. Then it says that my pin is needed and a little bit under that it says that my pin has expired due to security changes so I have to sign in using my Microsoft account. I can reset my pin that day and it will still say it is expired. I don't mind signing in, the reason I gave it a 4 star rating is that it is preloaded with stuff I do not want or use. The biggest reason why I took a star off is that you have to use the Microsoft app store which is horrible and doesn't offer half the apps that Google play or iTunes has. So even though you can use it as a tablet you can't load any of the apps you want to use. Overall, I like it very much and use it daily.

With regard to installing APPs to this device, you can install APPs that are not at the Microsoft Store. They do have to be compatible with Windows 10. iTunes is compatible with Windows 10, but not all APPs available within the iTunes Store are compatible with Windows 10. This is also true for APPs at the Google Store. These are Android APPs and not compatible with Windows 10.

The touch screen has really come in handy many times and the versatility with the 2-in-one package has been a big plus. One problem I have is that the screen is separating from the back (top of computer). It's troubling because I'm afraid it will break so I have to be extremely ginger with it. But I really do like this product.

It's light enough that it can be easily carried in a small backpack, and the screen is large and bright enough for comfortable use. The only slight issue I see is that the keyboard layout, specifically the up, down, left, right keys require a function-key-press combination. This is just a matter of personal preference, and not an issue at all if the laptop is docked or used with an USB keyboard. Very happy with purchase.

I am a freshman student and I have to deal to move to one place to another with my laptop. I have used it as a computer, as a tablet, and as a TV, too. I didn't have any problem with the connection or any other interaction with software or apps. I just have a little problem with earphones (no wire) connection but I got a good recommendation from "Beats" and it has been resolved. This is a great product highly recommended.
