AVOID UNLESS YOU PLAN TO REPLACE IN TWO YEARS

Fast, lightweight, great colors - everything you could want in a laptop. UNTIL...2 years after I purchased it, inexplicably one of the hinges became stuck. Completely out of nowhere - I had never dropped it, was never rough with it. Not knowing this, I opened the screen and the stuck hinge cracked the screen. I continued to use it while I looked for a place to reasonably repair it, as I needed it for work. A few days later, the other hinge broke. Now I have a screen hanging onto the keyboard by a wire. After doing some research, I learned that this is a common problem with these laptops, and the average time for this to occur is two years, which is well past warranty. Lenovo will not fix the problem even though they are aware that this is a common problem with this model and should be considered a manufacturer defect. They recommended I take it to Microcenter for repair. Microcenter told me it would be between 300 and 600 to fix, at which point one just considers buying a new one. Utter waste of money.

Great laptop

Love the fingerprint scan feature to login. Inbuilt Camera Privacy Shutter. Camera resolution could have been better though. Battery life is decent.

Just what I was expecting

Performance is good. Screen quality is excellent. I like the touch screen and 2 in 1 feature. Great portability. Laptop is light and charger is small.
