I’ve always been a Mac user and thought I hated Windows. Turns out I hated my dell laptop. This is quick to turn on, very responsive, fast and feels sturdy. A good value.I like the touch screen and that I can flip the screen and use it like a big tablet. Turned on its side it fits full pages of sheet music very nicely. I’m happy with the purchase!

Durable aluminum shell, fast 11th gen I7 Evo, SSD, 12GB RAM and cool moss color that is different from the usual black or silver. It checked all the boxes for my needs. Basic home use and works great with HP Tuners software to connect to cars for tuning and data logging, all for under one thousand dollars. I had a couple issues with the screen going black a few times, but after installing all Windows and Lenovo updates, it has been flawless.

Used For Work and School: Love It

I love that it can be a tablet or a laptop, and the screen settings for each mode do not change without your permission. The screen clarity is great compared to many laptops that have a film screen versus a glass screen, which I am sure most people can agree. I also love that you can change the settings of how sensitive the screen is to touch because when I use a stylus I tend to accidentally put my palm on the screen and the seldom reacts to that. The only thing that bothers me about the laptop is that you can see your finger prints on the finish, but I am also a perfectionist so that is just my own peeve. The keys do light up when the laptop is in use, which is super helpful when I am in an area with dim lights or outside at night. The keys are not loud when typing, but of course if you have heavier hands or tend to bare down harder then the keys are loud. As far as the actual function of the computer goes, I have not ran into any problems regarding speed or storage space, which is something that I was looking for in particular in this purchase. I run multiple statistics programs for my job that require program licensing so they tend to be fairly large programs and I also have to run google at the same time, so I needed something that could handle that much action at one time as well as store a large amount of data. The laptop durability seems to be pretty good, as in the screen and base are not flimsy and do not get scratched by my watches easily.

I used the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 i7 for the last 6 years and was nervous about moving away from the Microsoft ecosystem. The going from 8g to 12g has made a world of difference! Same processor just the newest version, but the increased SSD memory in addition to my OneDrive is a great. Not having to worry about running out of space. Also, saving $700 was a massive benefit considering I feel like I have only gained in this switch.

I’ve had this laptop for about 2 months now and it is fantastic! It’s fast and the touch screen is very responsive. I do wish the battery life was a little bit longer but it’s nice that it has a USB-C charger so I always have a charger nearby. I would recommend this laptop to anyone that is looking to upgrade their laptop.

This model ships with a Integrated 71Wh, Lithium-Polymer Battery, which within this model configuration, has a battery life of up to 16 hours, depending on the work the device is performing. If you are getting substantially less battery life, first, set your screen brightness at less than 100-percent - try 80-percent to start with. Then, be sure Battery Charge Threshold is turned off. This power management setting should only be used when the laptop is plugged in all the time. It will prolong overall battery life by only charging the battery to 60-percent of capacity. You can turn off Battery Charge Threshold within the Lenovo Vantage APP installed on this computer. In Vantage select Battery Settings and turn off Battery Charge Threshold, if turned on. Also check what programs are running in the background on the computer. Be sure only the programs you want running in the background are. These programs will drain the battery. Here is a link to information about how to find out what programs are running in the background on your Windows 11 computer and how to manage them for better system performance: https://websiteforstudents.com/how-to-find-what-is-running-in-windows-11/. Then, finally, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 11. Incompatible software will drain the battery at a faster rate. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of your Windows 11 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

It is multi-purpose with the ability to be flip 360 to serve as a pseudo tablet. Additionally, it is touch screen and supports an stylus pen. The durability and make of the laptop gives you a sense of quality with it's overall design. Aside from the design this laptop checks all the traditional boxes for a unit. Which isn't a bad thing, it a matter of explore the various ways it can be used for functionality.
