I have been using this computer for several months and love it. Great battery life! Sturdy and reliable. Travels well. Not had any issues of it overheating.

Love this model. Runs fast, facial rec is accurate and has a fingerprint reader too. Display is crisp, speakers are good and the keyboard is nice and quiet.

I bought this laptop as open box in excellent condition specifically because it's stated that all accessories were included. When it arrived I loaded all software on the laptop and registered it Etc, took a few hours to set everything up. Then I realized that half of the power cord was not included in the box. After speaking to three different Best Buy representatives, their answer is that's the risk you take when you buy open box. I said no I specifically purchased excellent condition instead of good or Fair condition, which were cheaper, because excellent condition open box States on their site that it includes all original accessories. Their response was to return the entire laptop to Best Buy. The closest location to me is an hour round trip from my house, which is why I had it shipped to me. Never mind the fact that I had already spent hours setting it up registering it and downloading software. It's ridiculous that they can't send you the part that they failed to include but that you paid for. They just absolutely refuse. They also refused to give me the difference between excellent condition and good condition in order to compensate me for the cost of having to buy a new power cord. I had to buy it from Lenovo directly, which cost me $50. And will take upwards of nine days after they ship it to arrive at my house. My return date for this laptop is potentially within that shipping window. So I don't even know if I'm going to have time to see if this laptop works or not. So yeah, as much as I tried to buy from a brick-and-mortar store to keep them in business, Best Buy is doing nothing to make customers want to spend their money with them. This is completely ridiculous.
