    I absolutely love this laptop. I am not a huge tech person, but my husband and the best buy tech sales helped me pick this laptop out. I couldn't ask for a better computer for work/school.

    This is a very good machine, but a sub par monitor prevents a five star review. The monitor is not crisp and lacks good definition. If videos or games is not intended use then go for it.

    The laptop itself runs great and no complaints about the system. However, the touchpad gets stuck after clicking it and it won’t come unstuck for some time. I work from home so this is beyond frustrating. I already returned this one and now I’ll need to return the other one for the same issue
