I can close one, but I can’t move the other one. It changed my internet page and it won’t save my emails, I have 3 emails.

Doesn't always start on the first attempt and at times cannot find the network printer which is frustrating to waste time reinstalling. Quicker to email documents to my iPad and then print when in a hurry. Definitely would not purchase this item again.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button and ensure all available updates are installed successfully.

Hardware malfunctions

The sound comparison is horrible. The touchscreen glitches and on the right side of the screen it’s as if someone is pressing the screen and the cursor goes stops working. I have to log out and then back in to make it come back. It’s heavier than the last one and the battery is less powerful.

In advance, this is a lengthy response, as we want to address your experience completely and gives some troubleshooting steps immediately. To help resolve your issue, first, we recommend checking for updates through Windows Update settings. These updates can help resolve issues from operating system bugs to driver software improvements. To navigate there, select start on the taskbar (windows logo) or press the windows key on the keyboard then select Settings. In Settings, select Windows Update, and then select the Check For Updates button. Install any available updates and restart your PC if required. If you didn’t have any updates that required a restart, it’s still a good idea to restart your device to make sure any pending updates are installed. Additionally, check for updates in the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled on Windows devices. You can check by opening the app and selecting the “check for updates” option. If there are updates to install, follow the onscreen directions to finalize those updates. If your issues persist after these steps, we then recommend that you reach out Lenovo Support at this number for assistance: 877-453-6686.
