Regarding the fingerprint reader, we recommend making multiple "copies" of the same finger or more than one to help with recognition, along with checking for fingerprint reader driver updates. To check for updates, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

Below average, touchpad faulty.

Know enough to be dangerous, opened it up and it up and did my best to fix it. Worked well for a few months. Same problem, tried to fix it again, no help this time around. Didn't think the power button on the right side of the machine would be an issue, I was wrong. Machine itself runs well, but the build feels cheap.
