It already has glitches, it closes programs mid-use, it becomes very slow despite I have the best fiber internet service. My older Chromebook is working much better than a computer recently bought with all the updates. I've always been a Lenovo advocate but it seems I might have to consider other options.

Posted .Hi, ToriM, thank you for choosing Lenovo! Great news, it should come equipped with keyboard backlighting. This can be turned on either in the Lenovo Vantage app under device settings, or more conveniently, by pressing the Fn and spacebar keys simultaneously. Pressing this combination once will activate it at the lower brightness setting. Press these keys again and it will be at its brightest, then once again for off. We are glad to hear that your Yoga has been awesome, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.

Guessing what? I didn't get it! I went and purchased a printer to only find out I didn't have the credit in my membership I was coned into getting. Everything I was told was a lie! I was told i could switch my windows to my new laptop, which the Geek squad can't do. Now I cant sign into my account because the are using a 1990 email account I haven't had in 25 years. I updated my email when I signed up and still shows the wrong email address. I called to get it straightened out and it still is the wrong email. For a company the boast about IT and tech savy, they are far from being that. I called the number to get ot fixed again, and I get India, which after 10 minutes on hold, they dropped the call. Very, very disappointed with Best Buy!

We wish to clarify that while the battery life listed on the product page (with applicable disclaimers) may be 10+ hours, this is based on local video playback with low screen brightness, conditions you may not using your laptop under. You'll find that user reviews for this series, others have experienced around the same battery life as yourself. If you need your system to prioritize battery life, by using the Fn + Space keys, you can toggle system thermal profiles to battery optimization to extend battery life.

Unfortuanlty we didnt research well enough and this does not have many of items we need and makes doing some task so hard. The user is homeschooled and to do some assignments we have to save and convert skme files and use a differemt browser than the one prefer.

By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to get more battery life out of a single charge, we recommend users utilize the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance. Users can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both words.
