    The sales clerk did a great job of directing me to this laptop based on what I told him I was looking for. It went on sale a week later and the process of getting a refund for the difference was very easy.

    Loved the speed... the TouchPad stopped working after 2 days and i got a brand new replacement computer.... stuff happens! The Geek Squad was terrific!

    I am very happy with Best Buy. I needed a new laptop and the staff was very helpful understanding my needs and made sure that I purchased the best value for the money. Working with Best Buy and Geek Squad was exceptional in retrieving date from my old laptop. I would suggest considering Best Buy and Lenovo Laptop.
