    I’m sorry, I do not usually give 3-star reviews but I think it’s important to note that I was placed on a 12-month lease when I went to the store to purchase a laptop full price. The sales rep seemed agitated when I told him I didn’t want to lease and he convinced me that they offered a 3-month lease but instead, he placed me on a 12-month lease and quickly skipped through the fine prints on my phone when I wasn’t sure what was going on. He told me that I could change the term of my lease later to 3-months. Actually, I couldn’t. You either overpay the monthly amount due or pay off the amount in full if you wanted to end the lease sooner! I went ahead and paid the amount in full which was my original intention. So, I was put through that ridiculous process for no reason. Very misleading sales tactic. I do not have any grouses with the store which is why I’m not giving them 1-star review but would recommend training the sales rep so they do not engage in misleading tactics to gain “accounts”.
