I am very pleased with the features on this laptop and really like the face recognition that it has.

I haven't spent a lot of time on this laptop yet, but I do like it a lot. If I have one regret, I didn't go for a 17-inch screen. I didn't realize my last laptop had that large of a screen. This one is an inch off, but it's a noticeable difference for me. I also haven't used this as a tablet but I love that I can.

My perfect new laptop

It has problems switching automatically between laptop and tablet mode - particularly in sensing the keyboard. But the screen is nice @2k and the touch sensitivity very good. All in all, just still a bit slow processing over network and connectivity issues to external monitor/tvOS.

Regarding the trouble switching modes and connectivity issues, to try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem, which we then would recommend contacting Lenovo Support for further assistance.
