Horrible, Horrible, disgusting customer service!!!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The computer that is advertised as being a yoga/fold in half tablet, too- doesn't come with a stylus. It has to be purchased separately. Well, the in-store personnel didn't know how to find the stylus compatible with my computer, so I order the wrong stylus online. Of course, I call Lenovo directly because I don't want to keep running around in circles looking for a stylus for my computer that's not compatible. Instead of reaching customer service, I reach a complete jerk who refuses to tell me which stylist is compatible with my computer because I don't have an order number. Duh!!! I bought it in store from Best buy. So, I call best buy... At this point wanting to return my computer completely. (Who can afford to work their behind off, making another man rich, just to be treated like garage)? Would you guess? Best buy has employees they need to lay off, too. The kid employed by best buy starts telling me, "what about me? (Him) I answer calls like this all day, every day, you don't care!" Ummm. No. I'm not supposed to "care" how anybody makes their money, out what job they apply for to care for their family. I have a family of my own. My family still doesn't have a stylus for the computer I purchased over a month ago Why it's not included in the overall purchase of a tablet/computer of this caliper- I don't know, nor do I care. You could have charged me $150 on top of the price of the computer, sold them together and made more from me than selling the $70 stylus separately, and putting me through this rude, drama... As if that's really what I went shopping for the day I brought home a computer. You can keep your little bribe for a review, and just send me a stylus.

Keyboard and mouse doesn't work, glitches always.

It started to have problems before I started my semester. The key board doesn't work properly, the cursor always glitches and jammed. I have to use the screen touch only which does not help me at all. I took it at the Best Buyer and help me once and it worked for 2 weeks only and no change, I can't do my school assignment nor my work report, I have to return it and get the new one.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

Updated due to recent expiration of Windows 10. I bought this brand based on reputation. Bought this particular model based on screen size, memory capacity and battery life. I am disappointed with the display colors. Colors are muted. What should be black is gray, such as text. I have made numerous attempts to adjust the colors to make them more vibrant, but the color options are extremely muted. Even took it to my IT person twice. He said that there was nothing that he could do because the color options are predetermined. The unfortunate part of this is that it makes visibility extremely difficult. Disappointed and frustrated.

The computer seemed to be well made with aluminum case vice the plastic case on the hp.

I saw where some complaied about the power button on the side, so fsr that has not been and issue for me.
