Associates went out of their way to make sure I walked out happy with my purchase. Didn't feel rushed or overwhelmed. So far so good on the laptop, I'm still learning but it's been great.

The touch screen sometimes doesn't work. The "mouse" is too sensitive and jumps around too fast. These are issues which Geek Squad can help with but are not user friendly easy to figure out on one's own. The holiday price was excellent.

Regarding the issue you're having, to try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support for further assistance.
