Great laptop for the home,office and personal use

Power button is not in right place

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Power button has provided right side of the laptop, this is not a right place for power button, its keep of turning of when i lift my laptop or when i plug my head phones. Keyboard backlit is always turn on even laptop screen went in sleep mode, this is making drain battery faster. Numlock backlight is too shiny, you can reduce it. Left side USB's edge is too sharp, it can cut my fingers easily.

Computer is trash and Lenovo service is the same.

I was initially impressed with the study design. Almost two months later I was changed when the computer began to lock up, overheat, and lose its charge. I have sent it to Lenovo once for repair and the response was they could not find anything wrong. When I received it back it seemed like they just recovered it back to an earlier date in the back up. A month later it returned back to the same problems. I have been dealing with the locks ups but I am presently preparing to file back with Lenovo before my warranty runs out hoping they actually try to fix it. It last 8 months I have not been able to use it to it's full capacity. My take away from this is sometimes you have a bad unit because the friend which recommended the computer has one that works wonders. But, the fact is that the service from Lenovo has been disappointing.

The biggest problem is the mouse occasionally stops working. I cannot figure out how to fix it. So no, I wouldn't recommend it

To try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support for further assistance.
