    absolutely love this retailer. The staff has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. All the products and electronics that I have purchased over the years have been enjoyed and when there has been need for repair the Geek Squad has been to my house quickly to resolve the issues.

    Purchased as a replacement laptop for my college-aged son after his was destroyed in a car accident. He loves it, especially because this laptop still has the number pad on the side of the keyboard.

    This was an excellent choice for a second laptop. I already have a high powered gaming laptop and needed a good daily driver. It was affordable yet provides the computing power for my daily tasks.

    I really like the quality of sound and am pleased with everything about this laptop. I only wish the screen was at least 17 inches. That is my only complaint. I mainly use this for personal activities, watching shows, emails, and social media. It looks like it would be a great option for gamers as well. I'm very happy with my purchase and that Best Buy price matched and gave me a refund when I found it cheaper on another website.

    The computer is good so far, I like all of the features as they are useful for school work. The batter life isn’t wonderful but it doesn’t die right away either. The only thing I worry about is the flip portion of the computer. When I bought it, I was told that it breaks frequently so I haven’t been using that feature as often as I would like.

    Good work laptop. Only complaint I have is sometimes it shuts off completely when left open. I've gotten around it by changing the sleep settings, but it still does it sometimes when it's plugged in. Otherwise, it's fast. The touchscreen isn't used that often but when I do it's helpful for some tasks. I use mostly for emails, Canva, photoshop and word processing/Excel.
