    This laptop works very well, fast to turn on and load programs. Was a little adjustment to learn where certain command keys are from using and HP previously, but overall no complaints.

    So far so good, with 2 issues. First issue is face recognition to unlock. This worked initially but stopped after a few days. Second issue is USB slot not recognizing my USB drive. This item I'm sure I'll find a fix for, but should I have to? It should work out the box. No other complaints.

      To start, regarding facial recognition troubles with Windows Hello, please visit the webpage tied to this Microsoft Support webpage: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-hello-common-issues-and-troubleshooting-tips-bf68539e-e95e-48b6-a6cb-455649db3887, that shares steps to follow to address this problem.

      With the USB drive not recognizing the drive, try rebooting the computer and inserting the drive into another device to ensure the drive is working. If this doesn't resolve it, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
