The touchpad mouse sticks so bad on the first 2 weeks, they are exchanging for new computer. The only negative to that is the moving over of the data for the second time in a month as this will be a replacement to an original computer that took two days to move the data. It was so full and now here we go again.

Geek customer service was poor
I had left my old computer with charger at the geek squad desk and was documented
When picked, I was told by the service personnel that I never left charger wire with the computer, he kept denied
Once pressed , he did find the wire and returned back to me
How is that possible?
I think it is carelessness

Light the computer a lot very sensitive to touch. That is my only issue and I realize it’s a touchscreen.

Went to this laptop because of price. Lags with PowerPoint. Not able to keep up with several programs open. Returning it.

Nice laptop. the only thing I don't care for is the glossy screen which does reflect some background light. Guess I got a pretty good deal though. bought it a couple months ago for $679 on sale.

Hardware malfunctions

This was more expensive then my last Lenovo that I bought within the year. The sound comparison is horrible. The touchscreen glitches and on the right side of the screen it’s as if someone is pressing the screen and the cursor goes stops working. I have to log out and then back in to make it come back. It’s heavier than the last one and the battery is less powerful.

In advance, this is a lengthy response, as we want to address your experience completely and gives some troubleshooting steps immediately. To help resolve your issue, first, we recommend checking for updates through Windows Update settings. These updates can help resolve issues from operating system bugs to driver software improvements. To navigate there, select start on the taskbar (windows logo) or press the windows key on the keyboard then select Settings. In Settings, select Windows Update, and then select the Check For Updates button. Install any available updates and restart your PC if required. If you didn’t have any updates that required a restart, it’s still a good idea to restart your device to make sure any pending updates are installed. Additionally, check for updates in the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled on Windows devices. You can check by opening the app and selecting the “check for updates” option. If there are updates to install, follow the onscreen directions to finalize those updates. If your issues persist after these steps, we then recommend that you reach out Lenovo Support at this number for assistance: 877-453-6686. Initially I was very pleased with my purchase. After using computer for 3 days I realized there were issues. After 4 separate trips to Geek Squad at two different locations and them keeping my computer for 4 days, it was determined that Windows was severely corrupted, through no fault of my own. I missed time from work and had to utilize a backup computer for those 4 days.
