Thought I loved it.

But after only three months of use, the speaker started sounding garbled and the internal microphone stopped working altogether. I took it to Best Buy, and as usual, they immediately blamed “water damage,” which means they won’t take responsibility. This is definitely NOT water damage—I’ve never had it anywhere near water. It’s incredibly frustrating. They also told me that if I wanted it sent out for repair, it could take weeks, which simply doesn’t work for me. I need it for school and can not go without. Very disappointed in both the product and the support

Nice Laptop

I spent a couple days setting it up to replace my old Dell and it's quick and responsive. I've only had it a few weeks but so far so good. Christian Shaw was very helpful, he gets 5 ***** Really appreciate illuminated keyboards.
