I have had it for two months and it is the nicest laptop I have owned. The keyboard quality is fabulous. I was skeptical about purchasing a laptop with this larger screen size but I’m really enjoying it after having had 13” screens for many years.

Unfortunately, mine arrived in a weird/damaged box, which made me uncomfortable keeping it, so I returned it. I’d recommend the laptop itself, but shipping/packaging needs improvement.

The only issue was trying to get office 2024 on it instead of the subscription-based office software.

Easy set up and the touch screen is very responsive to light touch. Keyboard lights make it easy to see keys in low light and the keys don’t need to be pounded on to respond. Laptop is light and easy to carry around.

Age won that deal so we got a recommendation while we were there and bought Lenovo. They transfered all the data in one day to the new laptop. Very well done. We were impressed
