    Overall the computer is nice, operates fast and is good looking. However my built it mouse/pad sticks and is hard to do graphic design work, copy and paste or drag and drop stuff. Literally right out of the box the lower left of the touch pad sticks

    The person in the store who helped me works for Dell, not specifically for BestBuy. While he told me a lot about the Dell laptops, he listened to my needs and also gave me excellent information and comparison data to help me make the best choice for me.     I really like my new laptop. I've had Lenovo Yoga for at least 5 years but the monitor on that laptop was much smaller. This larger 16" screen is soooo much better. So far, I'm liking everything about this computer.

    Purchased if for my wife, like the design a lot. Wanted to keep it for myself. Lenovo is the way to go for me. Have not had any issues except the charger did go bad within a couple of months.
