My intent was to wait and purchase the laptop in the near future, but James was so knowledgeable, and he listened to my needs and concerns. It was more than him giving good customer service, he went above and beyond...Pure Excellence!! Not only did he learn a little about me, but I learned a little bit about him. It felt as though I was making an investment based off a trusted friends' suggestion. I am more than satisfied with my purchase! Perfect choice for what I needed.

I wanted a computer to be able to work from home, so it had to be fast. This computer exceeds the expectations. It's fast, has a large screen, is a touch screen, and works wonderfully with all the systems I need to use for work! Plus, Copilot helps with finding things since I am not the most tech savvy most times.

Well made with all the bells and whistles one could want. Bought for college courses and general use. Plenty of storage and ram. Keyboard is pleasant feeling and not flimsy. Screen is vibrant. Overall the laptop doesn’t feel cheap even though it’s priced low.Battery lasts hours and hours.

Great laptop. It replaced a smaller Lenovo laptop that was ruined by a power surge. I love the larger Lenovo.

Absolutely love this laptop. l constantly Switch back & forth from laptop to tablet and really enjoy the writing keyboard. The battery lasts a super long time, but I have found it needs to update like every other week. other than that it can easily switch between canva & adobe, colors are great & its super user friendly.

I am happy with the Lenovo laptop I purchased at Best Buy. It is easy to navigate and does all that I need it to.

i love it so far, it's absolutely amazing. i like all the features and i like the ease of it.

Lenovo was a good choice about 7 yrs ago so It was my choice again for upgrade of home use unit. A bit of a learning curve for some over 74 but got it worked out and in use. Fewer ports that older unit so I guess I will need to master cloud use. The touch screen use is an improvement over old unit. Old unit has a disc drive so it will be my video play unit!

Love the backlight on the keyboard. Very sharp images. Getting used to Windows 11. Not a big fan so far. Not enough ports for other device plug ins.

I've only had the laptop about 1 month and it has been great so far. When received, I had some issues with connecting my 2nd monitor and when trying to connect earbuds to Bluetooth; however I used ChatGPT.com which walked me through the steps to resolve all the issues. The ultimate resolution was making sure all the latest system updates were installed. The only reason for the 4 stars is because I have not had the laptop long enough.
