The Lenova is fast, easy to use and lightweight. The touchscreen is a nice feature. I do wish there were additional external ports but the Bluetooth option makes it convenient to connect several devices.

I updated to Lenovo from a Surface and I really like the larger screen. Some features do not seem to react the same, but that me be my understanding of the new unit. On occasion I have had some problem with the screen freezing that I never had before with the Surface. I'm unsure why the touchpad needs to be larger and at a different location. Even though the processor is faster I cannot see any difference in dailey use. I am hoping I will grow into it as time and usage continures. It was a great deal at BestBuy and overall I am satisfied.

Regarding the touchscreen issue you mentioned, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.
Also, we wish to share that the touchpad size is designed to improve ease of use with gestures and navigation, and the placement is intentional, with the touchpad centered to the keyboard versus the laptop to aid in reachability when navigating to typing.

I love my Lenovo yoga. It's super fast, has great storage, easy to use. Best buy was awesome at helping me pick out the laptop that fits my needs. The staff was friendly and helpful as was the tech help. The price was perfect for what I was looking for. Great laptop!!

Works well out of the box, but has wifi issues

This machine a heavier than I am used to, but it's not too bad. It was very easy to set up and was able to get to work quickly. So far, my only issue is that the the Wi-Fi will stop working if there is a USB 3.0 drive plugged in. It only has one USB-A port. I bought the Insignia 4 port 3.0 USB hub so that I can use a USB drive and a wireless mouse. It worked fine until I plugged in my USB 3.0 thumb drive into the hub. Once that is plugged in the Wi-Fi will start working intermittently then not at all. I tried on multiple networks. The same happens if it is plugged directly into the laptop without the USB hub. USB 2.0 thumb drives work fine. I ended up having to get new USB hub that was 2.0. I can plug a 3.0 USB drive into 2.0 hub it and it works without issue. All drivers are updated. USB 3.0 and wi-fi work fine when I plug the drive into the power supply of a docking station. This makes me think that there is a power resource conflict between the wi-fi and a 3.0 USB device, but I'm no computer expert. I've only had this a couple of weeks and am a bit disappointed that a brand new laptop can't simultaneously use a USB 3.0 thumb drive and connect to Wi-Fi. Please let me know if I am missing something and this is a user error.

To start, given that you've updated network drivers, please try uninstalling the network adapter and allowing Windows to attempt to reinstall the correct driver. To do so: Open Device Manager, locate your USB Wi-Fi adapter under "Network adapters," right-click, and select "Uninstall device". Then, restart the computer.
If this does not resolve the issue and you've updated the system BIOS, we then recommend contacting Lenovo Support at this number: 877-453-6686, for in-depth troubleshooting. The Customer Care team may need to take a look at the system to help determine the root of the issue, given its unique ailment.

It has been an excellent laptop for work, school and everyday use. The 16” touchscreen looks sharp and vibrant, and the 2-in-1 design makes it easy to switch between laptop and tablet modes.
Performance is fast and smooth. Multitasking is effortless, apps load quickly, and storage is more than enough. The keyboard is comfortable, the trackpad is responsive, and battery life is solid for a laptop this size.

This is a good laptop with many great features and a couple of irritating problems.
The good: Backlit keys with solid feel while typing, bright screen with decent resolution, fast and responsive for routine tasks (I haven't tried using it for gaming), not filled with annoying bloatware.
The bad: annoying power button on the side that I hit by accident when I carry around the laptop. I could set the power button to do nothing, but like to have it set to sleep. The screen is a bit washed out looking, not bad though, and one annoying problem is it does not properly display Netflix in full screen mode. The screen position jitters up and down every few seconds, so is only watchable not maximized (no jitter problem). Apparently a problem with the model that others have reported.

Regarding the error when watching Netflix, we recommend ensuring you're using the latest version of the app from the Microsoft Store, along with updating the web app should you be using a PWA to stream the service.

Hopefully just some teething issues

Right out of the box I have already had two software issues. First, sleep mode would not work properly. If I set it to NEVER, the screen never went into sleep mode, but if I set it to any other time, the screen would go into sleep mode after 3 minutes. Also, at one point the computer suddenly wouldn't connect to my mouse even though I had got it connected the day before. The Geek Squad reinstalled the software and the sleep mode has been resolved, for which I am very grateful. I hope these issues aren't a precursor of more problems to come.
