Nice laptop for the money for home or student use it is perfect

Purchased for my daughter's college experience and it didn't make it one month before it's having problems. Trying to find warranty information and claims info has been trying as well. I can hook this laptop up to an external monitor and it works fine, but the screen is already failing (flickering on the bottom half and unclear picture with distorted horizontal lines) on the internal monitor on the device. Purchased on 6/4/25 and failing by 6/30/25.

This Lenovo is very easy to use, it’s light weight, and sleek. It is a little bigger than intended. Battery I feel does not last too long maybe about 2hours. So far it does work fast.

This computer is much better than the 2-in-1 HP Envy I had before it. It is faster, lighter, has much longer batter life, crisp display, and includes copilot. The touchscreen is immediately responsive and hinge is smooth when converting to tablet form.

Fantastic laptop for the money! I originally purchased a MacBook Pro directly from Apple. I had it for less than a week and, overall, I wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be. When trying to load apps and websites, the "wheel of death" kept spinning. Don't get me wrong, I really like Apple products and own a few with no issues to speak of. Maybe that one was just a lemon. I personally could not justify the amount of money I spent on a 14” MacBook Pro. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my current purchase and the performance is great! I was nervous the screen would not be bright enough, however I have no issues with 300 nits. The battery life, speed, build quality, screen, etc., are all excellent. I will say, the speakers on the MacBook Pro are AMAZING.

It's been a month that I've been using this laptop. It's very smooth and the battery last a long time I don't charge it every day. This laptop is very fast. The colors are great. Laptop is a great size and very lightweight. As of now I have nothing negative to say about this laptop. About 2 years ago I bought my grandson a Lenovo Yoga laptop and I loved it. So, I decided to get this one for myself. I would recommend this laptop anytime.

Really good computer for everyday tasks. Good for light gaming, but sometimes when I open the computer, it freezes, same with running just Chrome or Word documents, it just freezes for about 20 seconds. I'm not sure why it is. Brightness is really good sometimes, and other times it's ok. Battery is decent, great keyboard, and touch screen. I don't use the tablet mode really, but it is a nice touch, same with the keypad. Not too heavy and great build quality.

My fiancée loves this laptop! She is currently in school for a very intense program where she has to use her laptop everyday. She was getting frustrated with her old laptop because it would die about every 20 minutes and she couldn’t take it to school with her. We came to Best Buy to browse one day and look everything over. A wonderful employee was able to answer our questions about the different laptops and recommend this one to us. My fiancée has been praising it nonstop. She doesn’t have to worry about it dying on her and can even forget to charge it for a night and still have enough power to use it the next day. The quality of the screen is phenomenal and the built in camera/microphone works great for her recorded class discussions. And she’s been so happy with the speed at which everything loads. Overall this was a great purchase and we would highly recommend this laptop to anyone, especially students!
