Love everything about this laptop. So easy to use, nice design and very light weight.

Works great, easy interface, fast and light weight

Out of the box experience overall was wonderful, the screen is pretty, the performance is nice, and the battery life is okay. However I encountered a small problem with the trackpad, it has a slight rattling on the bottom right of the trackpad, but the trackpad still works great, is just a bit annoying to hear the rattling noise every time I click the right click, though it's not a big problem so I'll still keep it.

Purchased for a graduation gift for my soon to be college student. She loves it! The screen is so crisp and clear. Seems to be fast. The best feature is the folding 180 degrees with the pen, so she can take notes. Comes with a nice case, too. Great buy!

I wanted the latest and best Laptop. I'm not disappointed. 4k is Brilliant, surprised with how good the Audio is with Dolby Atmos. Latest Intel i-7. If any complaint might be on the battery time, it's good but not Great. But to be honest, I run on full tilt. Great Laptop, I bought on sale. (Even Better)

Undoubtedly, it's the finest display I've ever encountered on a laptop. The display drains the battery quickly and likely contributes to the excessive fan noise. I adored it, but I had to return it due to my deteriorating eyesight, which makes a small screen impractical for me.

Best investment thus far. Originally I purchased a Dell and returned it for the Lenovo. Best decision as I love the touchscreen and the laptop is super fast!

This is a great little device. I've been using a MacBook Pro 16" for a few years and I was looking for a 2-in-1 form factor Windows 11 machine for travelling, but I wanted better battery life and good audio/visuals. This 91 13th gen has really delivered for me. The battery life has been consistently good, even though the 4k screen is unnecessary on a 14" screen. The model that BB sells that is cheaper 9i only came in a gold color, and, frankly, I didn't like it. 3 things that could it better are less expensive upgrades to Windows 11 Professional. This should be $50, not $200. Secondly, I would like to see BB up spec this higher model with 32gb of ram. Lastly, they need to magnetize the stylus and chassis to store the pen when not in use. I purchased a cheap elastic/adhesive pen loop and stock it to the back right side of the screen. It's working well enough.

Absolutely love this laptop. Wanted something lightweight but with all the power. I haa always been a diehard Dell brand person, but to get a latitude or XPS with the same specs would have been double the price. I was worried but am extremely happy with it

Beautiful machine. The sound is crisp, the picture and videos are sharp. Nice and solid weight. Perfect for running my small business with it's storage capabilities and processing power.

Couldn’t ask for a better laptop. I am a full time student who uses multiple tabs and apps at once. Most laptops batteries die quickly but not this laptop. The Lenovo saved me when my Surface pro died on me randomly in the middle of my last semester before getting my bachelors. Very pleased with this laptop. The only complaint I have is that the Lenovo pen will disconnect sometimes and I cannot use it for like 10 mins.

One of the finest machines I've experienced. The 4k display enhances everything beautifully. The processor sufficiently handles my daily tasks. However, the battery drains faster compared to U series processors, which is typical of P series laptops.

It is a machine that is easy to use in all the processes to be carried out. This machine is fast and high-tech, which makes every job done with it of high quality.

My laptop is two years old and it still works like a brand new laptop! I'm not very techy and needed a laptop to run my private practice from home. This laptop delivered everything I needed and more! The larger screen is ideal for working with clients. Pictures are very crisp and clear. The processor is very fast. The battery life lasts 12 hours with a single charge.

I had a different laptop that, even new was slower than molasses in Alaska. I couldn't deal with it anymore. I wanted a good one, that was affordable for me, so I searched the Open Box options. It took 3 times because this was the laptop I had my mind set on. The first went right back in couldn't let me register. The second, I forget what that issue was, but back it went. I want to 2 different towns. I was set on my Lenovo Yoga. So i found one that was in excellent Open Box shape, but it was out west. I live in middle Tennessee, but I was willing to wait. I got it, and OH MY GODS! It is absolutely the best laptop I could have ever hoped for and well worth the wait. It does everyone and more! The only thing I wish were different, would be somewhere to store the pen with the laptop. But I got a good laptop bag, so i just have to keep it in the front pocket when I'm taking it anywhere. The hinge seems sturdy wich is important since it can be doubled over to be used as a tablet. In July, I will have had it for a year and I am just as in love with it now as I was when I first got it. Definitely will be looking at a Lenovo for my next (hopefully not for a long time) laptop or pc.

We purchased two of these laptops for business and both of our employees are enjoying this computer Speed, battery life and picture quality are great and efficient.

I liked the product I bought, the processor it contains works at 100, its ram memory makes its speed work fast with the battery I have no problems.

I like everything about this laptop. The battery last long and it is fast for what it offers. I can do more work on it compare to my ilder laptop

This computer is amazing! Love everything about it screen keyboard speakers and love the pen. The computer is easy to use and setup. The quality is great!
