Posted .Once again, thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga A940-27 All-In-One system. You can keep your computer running at its best by keeping the Windows 10 Operating System and all supporting BIOS files and drivers up to date. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If you ever need additional help with your Lenovo computer, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

Very DISAPPOINTED. The desktop is great but the keyboard and mouse worked intermittently - or should I say DID NOT WORK. I registered the purchase w/ Lenovo today, 11/26, but that won't be active for 24 hours. So ... for now, I can try and use the computer w/ the on-screen keyboard and a very old USB connected mouse. I'll update this review after I've spoken w/ Lenovo support on Friday and let all know my thoughts. Happy Thanksgiving!

Please ensure you have removed the wireless USB adapter from inside of the wireless mouse's battery compartment and plugged it into the A940. If you have and are still experiencing this issue please ensure the mouse is connected and turned on. If your issue remains please ensure you have downloaded and installed the latest system software and deice drivers. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Either bad design or I got a lemon

I took it back to BestBuy and they had to send it back to Lenovo for repair. I didn’t get it back for almost 2 months. The monitor is attached to the base and pivots up and down; and when I did get it back the pivoting was very loose and kinda hangs, instead of being able to position it at a higher angle/location. There’s no way to tighten it, so I’m having to prop it up with something to keep it at eye level. I’m assuming this happened because of all the handling it went through, and someone carried it by the screen opposed to the base…but I really don’t know. The guys at BestBuy just looked at me like …??? Anyway, other than the monitor issue everything worked fine until today, about two months after I got it back, the charger stopped working again. I’m not going to take it back; I’ll just chalk it up to BAD LENOVO product and go elsewhere next time.

I'm surprised that I do not' use the touch screen very much. I am pleased with the larger screen and graphics.

He pointed at this one and it’s terrible. It’s crazy loud and kicks me out all the time. It’s constantly lagging. If you’re only using it for work purposes it’s fine. Anything else and it’s terrible. I can’t even play small games without getting sick because of the display.
