Pros: + The screen is bright and is amazing for non-OLED + Battery life lasts all day at 80% for uni work. Computer engineering workload; coding; light modeling; excel + Keyboard has a great travel + Quiet and Fast enough for what I need to do Meh: = I wish the trackpad was haptic and glass. Cons: -I have had driver issues with the Intel graphics where some games and software refuse to run. -Build quality This is my biggest complaint and why I removed one star, while it looks good I have had two units, and both times they develop weird creaking and clicking noises in the chassis. They are in a case and the only thing in my bag. In addition, this alloy material does not feel and looks as good as heavy aluminum. Although it is light

It has 1 of the best screens without even being OLED. It’s 1 of the lightest 15” laptops available. Top of the line specs across the board. And the 22 hour battery life is the real deal.

This is a very nice laptop. I bought it recently and its screen is beautiful and I know it’s not a oled screen but it’s very nice and can get very bright. It runs smoothly too

Great laptop. I've used it for basic computing, love the screen and the look and feel of it. Seems super fast in compared to my old laptop that I replaced. The touch screen is nice, but without the device being a convertible - its highly unlikely I'll ever use the touchscreen. I'm not sure why they make touchscreen laptops that cannot fold around to a tablet.

Seriously perfect computer with one massive flaw: the touchpad. Just give us the haptic and some nice glass, a smooth and responsive experience, and it’s over for apple. So close. Yet still, so far away. I make do with an accessory mouse but what a pain.

Ordered 2 laptops through the Lenovo website with the option to pick-up at BestBuy the next day. According to the Lenovo site and BestBuy.com, there were (and still are) 2 laptops available. After placing my order, I checked the next day for a status update, as I planned to pick up my order... The order was 'being processed', and had an estimated pick-up date of 8 days after placing the order. I called the Morgantown store, as the website still indicated that there were 2 laptops available for pick-up within an hour. The employee who answered the phone was difficult to understand due to people laughing, talking and (literally) singing in the background. I asked him about my order but he did not answer. I waited thinking that he might be looking up my order with my phone number or something, so after I listened to the people in the background for a while, I asked if he was still there. He said something and I asked him to repeat it due to the background noise- He stated very quickly and loudly that he obviously could not help me and to call the 800 number before hanging up on me. I attempted to call back 3 times and sat on hold for 8-10 minutes each time before being disconnected. I also tried to call the 800 number, but waited for almost 20 minutes on hold before giving up. Then, I started a text chat only told be told to be patient, with no other answer as to why the site indicates that the laptops are in stock but my order cannot be filled. So, here I am, waiting for an order update because I can't seem to get answers from anywhere. I have had a great experience with my current Lenovo Yoga, so I'm hoping the upgrade will be worth it!

Just what we wanted in a replacement laptop for every day use

Please do not buy this product. I had this computer for a month and the shift keys both stopped working. I trouble shooted, reinstalled drivers, etc, and the issue wasn’t fixed. I would have to press both keys for 1-2 minutes to get it to turn back on. This eventually stopped working so I requested to have the keyboard replaced under warranty as after researching I saw this is all that would help. Best Buy did not replace the keyboard as I asked, took the computer for 3 weeks, and immediately upon return the same issue occurred. because I am in grad school and travel often I don’t want an external keyboard to fix this issue. Ridiculous that this would happen immediately after purchasing and that even when I knew how the issue could be fixed Best Buy ignored that request and therefore did not fix it. Do not buy this laptop and do not buy from Best Buy, you are better off going directly to your PC’s retailer.

Once I saw this laptop announced I was very excited to get my hands on it. The new processor helps this laptop a ton and is nearly perfect. However, I cannot recommend this laptop since the webcam is atrocious where nowadays everyone needs at least a mediocre one but this one comes no where close. This laptop also comes with a glossy display which I do not understand the appeal of at all. Yes you do get better colors, but in a bright environment the glare is unbearable. If this laptop had an improved webcam and matte display I do not think any laptop would have come close to this. Very disappointed

seems like a great laptop but i havent been able to test it since everytime i open one(2 in a row) it has a dead pixel on a white background. pink pixel on white background means the green subpixel is dead
