Going back to school and needed a laptop to work on. Best gift from my Daddy

It does the job that it needs to do. It could be a little faster but it is a computer for one purpose.

I enjoy the new computer's; I am learning how to use it. Keyboard is slightly different scale.

The Lunar Lake chips (laptops) are not ready and stores should stop selling them. I do think retailers share a responsibility in making sure what they are selling works in all use case scenarios. It seems most users of this laptop and Lunar Lake chips are okay. But still there are cases where, if you're not just checking emails and looking at reddit, a user will have a laptop that is honestly useless and problematic. I had read online that Lunar Lake issues had been fixed, tried again here, the issues I face are still happening. Stuttering, touchpad going berserk, high cpu usage for no reason. It's a shame because on paper and the 7i aura laptop are beautiful until you start using it as a power user.

Bought this for my wife and she loves it great laptop for basic task

Purchased as open box excellent condition. Was nice but keyboard was acting weird on bottom row of keys. Had to return as Best Buy wanted 2 to 4 weeks. Local store would not exchange for another open box so I had to return.

This is the worst laptop I've ever purchased. It locks up and has to be rebooted through a "hard" shutdown process. Just when I thought it had corrected itself, a Lenovo update came through and it started all over again. The Best Buy techs are great. They said I could bring it in...probably just a glitch in the operating system. But I should not have to do this with a brand new computer! My prior laptop was a Lenovo Yoga and was probably the best laptop I've had. Very disappointed in my purchase!

Got this early through Lenovo. Very nice screen, great performance on battery and off. Battery life is crazy, i have yet to buy a laptop over my business career that lasts this long. I charged the battery twice in two days. Both sessions I got 12-14 hrs on a single charge. Laptop is completely quiet. Laptop is completely cool even when plugged in. This is a great product and something I have been searching for over 20 yrs. Be aware that the computer has to learn your activities and adjust the power lvls. I was cautious at first but the computer started to last longer and longer on a charge.

Got this laptop for Xmas. Its shift is not working after the very first month of use for no reason. I sent the laptop to repair. Lenovo replaced the keyboard. I got it back yesterday. At first, the shift restored. But within 24 hours, the shift is malfunctioning again1... Very poor quality

Pros: + The screen is bright and is amazing for non-OLED + Battery life lasts all day at 80% for uni work. Computer engineering workload; coding; light modeling; excel + Keyboard has a great travel + Quiet and Fast enough for what I need to do Meh: = I wish the trackpad was haptic and glass. Cons: -I have had driver issues with the Intel graphics where some games and software refuse to run. -Build quality This is my biggest complaint and why I removed one star, while it looks good I have had two units, and both times they develop weird creaking and clicking noises in the chassis. They are in a case and the only thing in my bag. In addition, this alloy material does not feel and looks as good as heavy aluminum. Although it is light

It has 1 of the best screens without even being OLED. It’s 1 of the lightest 15” laptops available. Top of the line specs across the board. And the 22 hour battery life is the real deal.

Great laptop. I've used it for basic computing, love the screen and the look and feel of it. Seems super fast in compared to my old laptop that I replaced. The touch screen is nice, but without the device being a convertible - its highly unlikely I'll ever use the touchscreen. I'm not sure why they make touchscreen laptops that cannot fold around to a tablet.

This is a very nice laptop. I bought it recently and its screen is beautiful and I know it’s not a oled screen but it’s very nice and can get very bright. It runs smoothly too

Seriously perfect computer with one massive flaw: the touchpad. Just give us the haptic and some nice glass, a smooth and responsive experience, and it’s over for apple. So close. Yet still, so far away. I make do with an accessory mouse but what a pain.

Ordered 2 laptops through the Lenovo website with the option to pick-up at BestBuy the next day. According to the Lenovo site and BestBuy.com, there were (and still are) 2 laptops available. After placing my order, I checked the next day for a status update, as I planned to pick up my order... The order was 'being processed', and had an estimated pick-up date of 8 days after placing the order. I called the Morgantown store, as the website still indicated that there were 2 laptops available for pick-up within an hour. The employee who answered the phone was difficult to understand due to people laughing, talking and (literally) singing in the background. I asked him about my order but he did not answer. I waited thinking that he might be looking up my order with my phone number or something, so after I listened to the people in the background for a while, I asked if he was still there. He said something and I asked him to repeat it due to the background noise- He stated very quickly and loudly that he obviously could not help me and to call the 800 number before hanging up on me. I attempted to call back 3 times and sat on hold for 8-10 minutes each time before being disconnected. I also tried to call the 800 number, but waited for almost 20 minutes on hold before giving up. Then, I started a text chat only told be told to be patient, with no other answer as to why the site indicates that the laptops are in stock but my order cannot be filled. So, here I am, waiting for an order update because I can't seem to get answers from anywhere. I have had a great experience with my current Lenovo Yoga, so I'm hoping the upgrade will be worth it!
