The best biy associate in Virginia Beach VA helped me pick out the Laptop. Great choice, a lot of computing power!

An unstable mess - not recommended

I have installed two non-Microsoft applications: Brave browser and Logitech mouse software. So I'm not asking a lot of this computer. But the thing constantly locks up while sleeping and can't recover without forcing a restart. The last time this happened is the last time I will deal with it. The computer was cooking itself, I checked with a temp gun and it was over 116 degrees! Into the box and back to Best Buy it will go. It's unfortunate because I really liked this laptop. It had a great blend of features and specs. But the most important spec is stability and this thing is sorely lacking in that department. I do not recommend this computer.

Amazing graphics for design

Lap top not able to get WiFi

I took it in twice to the geek squad to get it fixed but they were not able to and advised it would be sent in to have it worked on. I had just had it a week so I decided to return and get another one. The one I have now works good and I haven’t had problems with it.
