Great Copilot Laptop

Battery life is truly all day - had multiple tabs opened in edge including some YouTube clips as needed, music playing through Sonos controller, word and one note opened and running - only about 20 hours in did it get put into power saving mode. Processing is very fast - don’t expect this for gaming but is fantastic for productivity. The copilot features are world class and will be even better as they get updated.

First, updating your system should resolve any quirks and functionality issues, as Windows on ARM has been used by Microsoft for years with those improvements implemented here as well.
With the speakers, the Slim 7x features the Dolby Access app which enables users to adjust the sound profile to your liking, and this may improve your audio experience.
Also, with keyboard backlighting, it is two-staged, so when turning on backlighting, if the lighting is too bright, please press the Fn + Spacebar key combo to switch to a lower lighting setting, then once again to turn off the backlighting.

Good but buggy

The not so nice thing is the trackpad, it’s fine. The worst part about this laptop is the “AI” that it has, the special features are fancy ms paint, a neat gimmick at best, recall which is nonexistent which is a good thing and more efficient camera effects which is neat but way over hyped. The only useful ai feature I could find was live translation which I was able to get working exactly 1 time and not because I didn’t try more. Overall it’s a solid laptop if you’re doing essentially just web browsing, emails, and whatever few apps are ARM NATIVE because if it’s not native you can expect a glitchy, sluggish, or just not running at all kind of experience. Under a heavy workload the battery life is cut significantly, in line with Intel or amd chips

Keyboard is top notch. Aluminum chassis is flawless. Battery life is magnificent for my light office work, even while running relatively small machine learning algorithms. My problem was that some of my statistical software was not compatible with the Snapdragon X processor. I advice everyone checking the software compatibility before buying the laptop.

Don't get from Best Buy

(even the new one is $154 less than a good condition open box) then when you try to price match it at the store they made scummy exuses that they don't follow the same policy as the online store Other than the god awful customer service at the store, the dude claiming it does things I wanted that it doesn't actually do this... laptop is great very Impressed with the quality, and the battery lasts forever, very fast load times, and the DISPLAY is THE ONLY REASON I'M KEEPING IT, hands down the best laptop display

Works very well and I love the quality of the display. Only issue I have is that there is not usba port but that's on my part for not looking at the specifications. Overall, very worth the purchase I love her.

It has plenty of speed, memory and power. However, the facial recognition seems to be quite bad. It won’t come out of sleep mode very well and the mouse locks when it goes into sleep mode.
