I have purchased multiple tablets over the years. Most of them running some form of Android. In addition I have had many phones running both iOS and Android. I purchased the Lenovo Yoga 2 10 inch tablet about 3 weeks ago. A week prior to the launch of the Samsung S2 8 and 9.7 inch tablets. These currently may be the best there is on the Android side of the house. I had time to take it back and pick up the 8 inch S2 but after much thought I chose not to. Let me explain why… The Yoga 2 10 tablet is not perfect, but it is perfect for my needs, for many reasons. First and maybe the most important is the battery. It lasts forever. I work shift and often times find myself staying up until 6 or 7 am so I can sleep throughout the day prior to my first night shift. This is the ONLY tablet that can keep me online surfing the web, or watching movies for 12+ hours on a single charge. The screen is also very good. 1920x1200 is nothing to complain at. Even using the tablet as a reader for the Kindle app or the Google Books app gives me NO eye strain after hours of reading. That leads me to the ONLY con that I can think of, the weight. The tablet can get heavy to hold while reading. BUT, because of the GREAT kickstand, I DON’T have to hold it!!! Another advantage of the kickstand is that I do NOT need a case. Most of the tablets I have used over the years I have had some case that can hold/prop the tablet up, because of the great kickstand I do not need it (which makes it lighter because there is NO case. I so have a sleeve that I stick it in when not in use, which is great also (the one I purchased is the official Lenovo sleeve). Sure it could be faster, but it is fast enough for most thinks I do. I did switch to using CM Browser which seems to work great, speaking of software, and this is HUGE! The update to Android 5 is FANTASTIC, it is about as pure of a straight Google experience as you can get. There are a few apps installed, but unlike Samsung they can be uninstalled leaving you with about the best Android experience that can be had on a non Nexus tablet. The speakers are great for a tablet. I often grill in the backyard and have this on the table cranked up and I have no problem hearing it while I’m at the grill tending to the business of cooking. All in all this is a great tablet, bade even better by the last update to Android 5. Great battery, speakers, screen, expandable (64gb sd cards can be found for $20), the price is ½ of what you will pay for the new Samsung S2 tablets that are lighter, but will need a case, they also have ½ the battery life, and a tone of Samsung apps that you can not get rid of, not to mention Touchwiz. Do yourself a favor, get this tablet, it’s a winner!

Overall it's a smooth running tablet. It has good picture quality for a 10inch tablet and 2 awsome front facing mini speakers. In my opinion the Lenovo Yoga 10inch provides the best sound quality I've heard so far on a tablet. Not to mention they figured out how to fix the volume button, so that no matter which way you turn the tablet pressing the vol. button up always turns it up and down, well, it turns the vol. down. So your not playing the guessing game with the vol. Another cool fearture besides the dual window button is the magnetic shut off when used with a case that offers that feature. If holding the tablet it does seem to feel a little on the heavy side. However thats what the aluminium kickstand/hanger is for and Lenovo's improved Smart Switch feature works great with any movements or turns you do with it. It still has the auto rotate feature from android as well. Assuming you purchase the Android version. Incase you're wondering it did update to the new Lollipop version of Android immediately. Hope this is somewhat helpfull.

Easy to use, good screen and has a great built in stand

My sister who is an IT person buys Lenovo tablets, so when I went into the store I compared what it had to offer with what some of the other brands offered for the same price. I've had the product for a couple of months now, and I am very satisfied with this product. The screen resolution and camera are excellent. The battery life is good. The product is very user friendly.

I had always wanted the Yoga Tab 1 10 inch but the low end cpu held me back. Now this Yoga Tab 2 fits the bill perfect. Fast Intel Quad core cpu. Easily 12 hour+ battery life. Sharp HD screen and pretty good speakers that actually face you for a change. And the built in kickstand is an awesome feature. You can even hang the tablet by a hook if you wanted too.Also the round edge where the battery is makes holding it when reading feel so much more natural and comfortable. Updated to Lollipop as soon a I connected to wifi. I have had zero issues/crashes/restarts.

The Yoga Tab 2 is everything I wanted in a tablet. Built in kickstand, super long lasting battery, decent hi def screen, good speed. It fits the bill. Even with watching Netflix, surfing for hours and playing some games I still have a couple hours left on the battery charge usually. Also have the battery being round on the side is great. Not only does it make it bigger but the rounded edge makes holding the tablet feel more natural.

The tablet is great for people looking for something in budget. The newer Android upgrade from Lenovo, gives this device a touch very close to the stock android, with minimal bloatware. Battery is really good on this, but makes the device little heavier than expected when holding in hand for long durations. I really liked the design and the kickstand, which make the tablet sit in your hands or table very comfortably.

Battery is great, easy to set up, fast. It is heavier than most tablets and will get a cover protector for it so my son won't damage it, but I love it!

The camera is good- love the scanning panorama mode. The micro SD insert is somewhat cumbersome- and the Yoga doesn't accept all cards. The User Guide details are awful. If you don't know everything about tablets, you kind of have to go through trial and error to get it done. The audio is pretty good with Dolby enhancement. Connectivity is good. The touch screen is sometimes lethargic- takes several attempts to execute. And the auto screen brightness adjustment is not good at all- it flickers up and down and is typically to dark for any lighting situation. But again, overall the unit is very good.

This is a good tablet overall. It's great for media consumption. The kickstand and Dolby digital speakers makes this tablet great for watching movies. It's a little awkward to hold and tiresome for game playing. The latest update to Android 5.0 made this tablet even better. I didn't like Lenovo UI on Android 4.0. This tablet suits my needs.

Great picture, great value ,folding stand and slim design are awesome and finally battery is very good.

Needed a tool to explore the web, check e-mail, play some games without a full size laptop. This tablet gets the job done with a handy "kick stand" that other tablets don't offer. Easy to use. I purchased the model that allows me to jump on Wi-Fi and get right down to business. Thanks Lenovo! Good job.

I have not had any problems with this tablet. I did a full reload as soon as I got it due to a major OS upgrade. The screen is a bit less sensitive than I would like but the battery lasts forever. It is fast and the graphics are great.

Having a great time with this tab. The picture is great and the sound quality is wonderful. No issues so far. Best part is the battery life!!!!! Wow! it keeps a charge all day and longer. Would recommend this for anyone shopping for an android device.

The Lenovo Yoga is a great tablet. Sharp resolution. Long battery life between charges. Easy to use. Like the bottom fold down stand.

Tablet was a present for my husband to replace his old Lenovo tablet. It is very easy to set up and to use. The "kickstand" is a great feature.

I bought this device for my father after having issues with a cheaper device that claimed to be user friendly. I couldn't even get the device to turn on most of the time! This product however is truly user friendly, especially for the older crowd. Comes already loaded with a lot of apps & is very customizable. Best part is the extremely large ON button!
