I've used cloth's and lens paper in the past, but this was far superior. Easy to use, and carry. Inexpensive and worth it.

Got my first Lenspen as a gift and became hooked. Great for dusting off and cleaning your lens while in the field. I don't know how the dry carbon element works, but it works great. It has even removed smudges without a trace in more than one instance were I was positive were the result of permanently damaged optical coatings. Lost my first Lenspen and bought three at Best Buy to assure I wouldn't be without in the future. Great product, great price at Best Buy.
