Pros: Lots and lots of space. Maybe too much of a good thing. Resist the temptation to overload it. It comes with everything included - fruit leather trays, mesh screens, even containers for making yogurt! Rectangular trays. Different sizes, too. Two deep trays for larger items. Adjustable thermostat - you have total control. Heat sensor adjusts the temperature as needed. On-off switch and timer. An air filtration system. Unique among products in this class. Your food won't pick up particles from the air that is sucked in and heated and circulated all through the unit. It's easy to set up and use. It's good looking ;-) Cons: Haven't found one yet.

Works great for jerky, I have not tried it on fruits or anything else for that matter but I would imagine it works just as well. It has a timer which comes in handy for the late night dehydrating. It makes the kitchen pretty warm, but that is all dehydrators really. It includes 6 trays, holds about 4-5 lbs of meat depending on how its cut, which is a good amount of space for a dehydrator. You can also buy extra trays if you need more space. This dehydrator is fairly quiet. The filter is a great addition. Like I mentioned, works great. Definitely recommended.

Excellent for dehydrating in season fruit and vegetables for use all year long.
