Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hesitated to try yoga - then a friend sent me this DVD as a gift at Christmas. I enjoyed it so much, that I purchased it for her for her birthday and can't wait for her to open it. I am a Leslie Sansone fan of her WATP program for years, and wished for a yoga DVD featuring someone I already trusted - and this was perfect.
