Defect on 1st movie in series, So far none on 2nd

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The original movie BluRay disk has a defect @ 14:30 and will not play after that. If started out later than that (like 15:00), it plays fine. Partway thru the second movie in series and it is OK so far. Cannot tell you yet about the other two disks.
