My nose bleeding has diminished greately thanks to the humidifier. Good product.

But cleaning it more difficult than expected, because of protruding parts. Any heavy to change water every day. But it works well. Unsure how a flimsy foam piece will hold up

What really bothers me is that unit turns on by itself. I scheduled it yo turn on and off at certain time. In spite of setting it turns on at any unexpected time. I contacted customer service week ago but no response yet. I need to return it because it makes me upset.
