Wrong item shipped attempted to return to store. Won't return because it was a third party vendor. Not my fault. I wasn't informed when ordering. Bad business model by Best buy.

Received the item, it's new and packaged well. I have not used it yet but would expect great performance for my security camera (which I still need to purchase).
