Although used more in the office, this printer has never given us any problems, However, rough handling in a restaurant environment caused paper feed problems and cosmetic damage within three months. Cheaply made casing.

Replacing an older model...Got a great deal

According to the # of pages from the toner I will also be saving money because prints more pages. I am still on the original toner it came with :)
