    We have this printer in our office and restaurants. Although used more in the office, this printer has never given us any problems, However, rough handling in a restaurant environment caused paper feed problems and cosmetic damage within three months. Cheaply made casing.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    I had an older Lexmark laser that was broken. Buying this one was cheaper than fixing the old one. According to the # of pages from the toner I will also be saving money because prints more pages. I am still on the original toner it came with :)
