beautiful, fuctional and silent for a medium sized microwave

Very strong microwave, love the safety lock to open the door switch you could turn on or off.

Love it it is quiet and powerful for what ever you do.

Love the way it looks and the size is right for our kitchen. Had to get used to opening it.

There are a number of features that just won't work for me. 1) It is very hard to open the door: the opener sits low on the counter and you have to press very hard to get it to open. The MW also slides too easy. 2) The controls for timer versus cook keep cooking when I want timer. This makes it too easy to run the MW empty, which will ruin it. 3) Door only opens 45 degrees. Most MW doors open a little bit more. Since this one opens less, it's less easy to get things in and out, especially if you are left-handed. On the positive: It is easy to turn off the child-lock. The dark interior is not so dark that it will be hard to clean. This one is going back.

I needed a small microwave oven. I have purchased LG kitchen appliances in the past and they have all be excellent. This was the lowest cost, smallest and great brand-name microwave I could find. It works well and does what it states, it is a "smart" microwave oven meaning that it heats exactly where it needs to heat (the food) and not the whole oven! The plates/ceramics are not heated that much compared to the food getting the heat. Excellent value for a great brand.

Works great. Only issues i have is the bell is very low and the unit is so lightweight that when you push the button to open the door the unit moves.

Works great. This is the perfect size for a dinner plate which was the one concern we had buying a smaller microwave. I haven't tried any of the auto functions yet because I honestly never use those but the defrost and time cook settings have been perfect.

Perfect size to fit on the kitchen counter of my small NYC apartment, but still has a good amount of power.

I really like this microwave because it’s so compact yet so powerful! Got this small one because I know that “Microwaves” can cause cancer, and this microwave throws less microwaves than others.

I really like the size of the microwave and the power it has for the size. The only thing I would change is making the push button that opens it, black like the top to prevent finger marks. Other than that, it's great.

Love my new LG microwave oven. Especially like the auto cook and defrost (where you can chhose food type and enter weight). This size was perfect to fit the cart the microwave sits on. Apprecisted that best buy online description included dimensions. Like that when using power levels it doesnot pulse but is continuous power at a lower level. Convenient to order online and pick up in store within an hour. Old microwave "died" and had new one in 7 hours. Highly recommend this microwave!LG

The microwave works as designed. Happy with the small foot print of the unit and ease of operation.

It works great, but the best part are the sounds it makes when the timer ends. It’s almost a cute little video game sound.

Modern and efficient....easy to use and sized just right. Still a bit of a 'new' odor when using (like some type of plastic?) Overall it's good for the price and slick looking.
