Installed easily and works great. Much better than the Whirlpool model it replaced. Having looked at all the current offerings, in this size category, this LG is by far the best value proposition and the build quality is exceptional.

This microwave is awesome! It is easy to use and takes up so much less space than a traditional over-the-range microwave. It will even tell you when your food is done cooking if you link it to your WiFi and add it to the LG ThinQ app. Not absolutely necessary, but still a cool feature none the less.

For it being slim sized it is bigger than I expected on the inside. Very powerful heating things up. Love the 30second button that I can quickly press to equally 1, 1.5, 2 minutes. I haven’t used the vent fan yet while cooking but it is quite powerful as well.

Sleek look, perfect size and quiet tones. Dimensions exactly as described. The look of this microwave and the power exceeded my expectations.

We had the microwave installed/vented to outside 2 weeks ago, and I am so happy with this purchase. This is my first slim microwave, and I was worried it would stick too far out, looking weird. It does not look odd, and the extra space above the stove is great. I love how bright the under microwave lights are. The fan also works well. No complaints about this purchase.

So far so good! Works perfectly, and quality level feels high. I was originally worried about the low-profile size, but everything fits wonderfully and the space I got back above my stove is fantastic.

I originally purchased a different microwave which turned out to be a problem with the new door opening against a cabinet that I plan to paint. Additionally it was MUCH larger than my 20 year old microwave, looking monstrous in my older, small kitchen. I am in the process of painting cupboards and updating backsplash and counters, and am excited to see it all pulled together. Zero clearance door worked perfectly, and I like the smaller size although it is a bit higher up for me to clean, even than my older one! The installer commented on the additional tech features than the other new one I had first installed, though I didn't buy it for that reason! Just the functionality of the door, and as I said, the smaller size looks better in my space.

I purchase this microwave to replace my old one as this is so slick and fast and I love the color along with it being a low profile over the range. It is quick and efficient and has that sensor cook. This LG microwave is amazing and it was also on clearance so I am loving the use of my new over the range microwave.

Very easy installation and operation has been very nice although is has been a very short time. Foods heat much quicker and complete that our previous microwave that wasn't very old. Plenty of room for a compact microwave. I would highly recommend.

Love that the microwave has so many options and it determines what setting you should use for so many different items. Also the light under the microwave goes from low to highand is great as us the venypting system. Love the low profile as it gives me so much more room to use the stove.

Works well, looks great! Bought this to replace a microwave that was installed too low in comparison to the stovetop. It was easy to install and works well.

Compact and powerful. It was quite simple for us to install. And the compact design gets me 3-4 more inches of clearance from the stove top. The glass front allows for easy cleanup.

No problem at all with this beauty. It looks great and is very easy to operate without reading the manual

It's overall a very good product. We love how silent the door shuts and it's not loud at all. The only downside is how much it sticks out but that has nothing to do with the microwave itself, just a design flaw based on our kitchen

This is a great space saving microwave. It makes popcorn perfectly. Very nice looking and quiet. I would buy again.

We needed a slim microwave because the previous owner of our newly bought home had a regular sized microwave and it was way too close to the stove and I just didn't like that. Best microwave I've ever had. Makes our kitchen look so much nicer and we now meet safety standards. Happy I caught it on sale for half the original listing price as well! Replacing the microwave was easy enough, had a bit of trouble with the template but I managed to work through it.

I received the microwave via a pick-up order. Once I opened the box, I noticed a dent in the side. Working with Best Buy was easy and efficient. They came and picked up the dented microwave and dropped off a new one within 2 weeks. This is why I shop at Best Buy! This is my first low-profile microwave and I love it. Looks better with my new cabinets and I have had no issues with it.

Works great, lots of functionality. Like to have fan with high CFM.
