Great initial quality. Installation was simple. Like the low profile look as it give me space between stovetop and microwave. Unit does have a greater depth than standard microwave

We love the design and all of the features, the popcorn feature is perfect! all of the fun things you can do! The only thing I was not aware of, I did not measure and assumed, was that the profile of the microwave would be much longer than the depth of our cabinets. I think it read that it was flush, so I just assumed it would be. But, I guess since our cabinets are 10 years old, they are not as deep. But oh well, we are getting used to that. It's very pretty and sleek and well built so far. The WIFI is nice, but does not do much for you.

It's overall a very good product. We love how silent the door shuts and it's not loud at all. The only downside is how much it sticks out but that has nothing to do with the microwave itself, just a design flaw based on our kitchen

Way better than I expected. Also I have a LG stove which I paired via wifi. Now whenever I turn on my stove the blower auto turns on! So so cool

Wonderful , it’s perfect for my small kitchen and I love that I can use my phone LG app to activate controls.

I love it. At first I was like…um..I’m not sure; it is different looking. I gave it time and it grew on me. It’s sleek looking but still large enough to accommodate everything I wish to cook. And the options, which I thought I would never use, or so handy. Change is a good thing.

Awesome microwave/hood. Hugh inside and it is slightly shorter than other microwave/hoods so it fit perfectly over our stove without having to remove the cabinet that was already there.

Great microwave. Love the space saving height. Like that it has controls via it's app on my phone!

I like the low profile but was surprised that the microwave sticks out about 3 inches further than one that is not low profile. I am getting use to it sticking out so far. Thus far the microwave works great.

Its a really good microwave and its has a really clean look to it and the sensor cooking works really good

So far so good. I love the slim line version to fit under tighter install locations. The led lights are great and even the time is very gentle sounding.

Design is too long on the door . As one long opening and almost hitting you in the head. The old styles the panel of dials had about a 4” panel on the far right making the actual door smaller.

Really good microwave. Strong exhaust fan. Everything works well.

Installed easily and works great. Much better than the Whirlpool model it replaced. Having looked at all the current offerings, in this size category, this LG is by far the best value proposition and the build quality is exceptional.

Excellent for saving headroom with giving up minimal cooking space. All of the functionality of a larger microwave is included. Great choice!
