Excellent product and I highly recommend it. Very clean looking

Like the sensor reheat for warming up leftover dinner plate. It does like up to the claim that it warms throughout. Good for defrosting too as it doesn’t burn the exterior and leave the center frozen. Only con is the interior lite is kind of dim in my opinion. Size is good to fit a casserole dish.

First i really wanted to love thus microwave. It looks great, it’s heating food great, controls are good easy to understand, but it’s very noisy. In fact we took the first one back because we thought there was something wrong with it. Unfortunately, the second one rattles too, so I guess its just the way if is. Weve concluded its the rotating tray that rattles. We’ve decided to try to live with it, because it’s the perfect size, is beautiful in the kitchen, and it heats well. We did buy the 4 year protection plan in case it shakes itself apart. So, if you don’t mind the noise (it kind of sounds like a cement mixer) then it’s ok.

This device is so great and service very good for me

This is a very nice microwave oven. It fits very well in the cubby hole I had for it. I like the inside which is a medium gray & doesn't show specks of food like my old microwave did. It is more powerful than my old microwave and cooks things quicker.

I like the size. Perfect for the cabinet space created by our contractor. We are happy with our purchase. The sales person was helpful. We needed the exact size we purchased for our new kitchen.

The store employee looked very unpleasant piercings all over her face. She looked like a porcupine very lazy, afraid her nails will break off. I have never seen a store employee allowed to work. With oozing from her piercings

Works great , nice to have a large turntable. Reasonably quiet. Higher power than similar sized competitors.

Does exactly what I need it to do for a modestly priced microwave. Cooks evenly, has good lighting on the inside. I do wish it had an option to have just a normal beep when the food is done. I don't need a melody lol

This microwave is very loud. Whenever it runs, the turntable rattles non-stop. It is actually quite ridiculous that it should make noises like that, considering it is not a cheap microwave. As best I can tell, it has to do with the too loose fit of the turntable on the turntable coupler and the roller ring. It is all far too loose. The other issue that I am having is that in spite of a vent on the side, when cooking, steam is forced out of the bottom right corner of the door. Though I have the microwave sitting on a granite countertop, anyone with wood might noticed some staining over time. It really is a shame because I like all of the other features it has. It cooks evenly, the buttons are nice, and I like the button press, start, and stop sounds that it makes a lot more than my old GE microwave. The insides are well lit and it is easy to watch my food cook. But for the price, the noise it makes is inexcusable and it is going to have to go back to Best Buy.

This microwave replaced one that was more than ten years old. The new one has at least as much interior space as the old one and takes up less room on the counter. It also has more power. I find the controls easy to use and it heats the food well. Everything I expect from a microwave.

Pretty easy to use and heats fine. Replaced a 1998 Samsung that was a premium for signing a lease. Hope it lasts as long.
