I'll start with my biggest gripe - the "meal is done" chime stops playing after five minutes. The chimes sound every 30 seconds or so, and they're not annoying, but if you got distracted or are just letting the food sit for a while, after 5 minutes, it stops chiming. So the distracted person no longer has a reminder that there's food inside (no chimes and the light is off). Parents who use the microwave to sterilize their baby bottles are supposed to leave them in there to sit for a few minutes. No chimes after 5 minutes can mean you forget to take them out until you need them, but then they're still wet. I'd like to be able to let the chimes continue forever until the door is opened. For me, this cost one star - it's a problem, but not big enough to return it. I like that this microwave's capacity is large enough to hold a dinner plate, yet the external dimensions are perfect for the space between my stove and wall (where my previous microwave was). A smaller drawback is that you can't customize or disable the energy efficiency feature - the light will turn off after five minutes, if you leave the door open. That dark inside is how I knew my previous microwave needed to be replaced. I'd buy this again, but I'd prefer a model (or brand) that keeps chiming to let me know there's something inside the microwave.

Great product. Been working very well. The only thing I miss is the door handle. Don't really care for the push button to open on the side, but I will get used to it. Overall, at very good product.

It's a good microwave. I have no complaints so far in the short amount of time I have owned it. Can be a little confusing at first due to the child lock that is enabled. I don't have any children in the home. It was very easy to disable the lock with a everyday tool most will have at home.

It is really very nice. Cooks very quick and evenly. The only issue I have is the button on the side I have to push and push to open at the same time

We've only had it a couple of weeks but so far, it's preforming as expected. My wife particularly likes the gentle tones it makes when it completes running.

Pretty great! Stylish and cute. It has a child lock available for opening the door, and it even has a musical tune in place of the typical microwave beep. I will say that the buttons are a little hard to push sometimes (touch instead of tactile), but overall I'm happy with it.

Been in use for less than 1 month. Doing what is advertised. Easy to use, easy to clean. Does require a firm touch on keypad and on open door push. If no risk of children or others using improperly, disengage 2 step open for door, very simple to do.

I love it! It's exactly what I wanted. So easy to use. Very fast and much more powerful than my old one. The sensor cooking and smart inverter are great additions. And it makes popcorn in 2.15 minutes! ☺ Very happy with this purchase.

Love the new LG Microwave ! The button sound is fun and when its finishes heating up your food the tune it pays is not blaring at you but a sweet little tune that makes you smile and yes it works great also ! I love LG products because my washer that I bought years ago at Sears here in Santa Barbara plays a fun tun when it finishes the cycle : ))) Thank You Best Buy foe selling a great Micro Wave to me ..Also the side safety button that must be pushed in order to open the door is a plus for grandchildren safety : ) This product is fantastic and pretty in Black

The size is perfect for our counter space . Powerful heats up a cup of water in two minutes or less . Excellent value .

The keypad is touch screen which might be more difficult for certain people to use. The sensor reheat is not the best, I always wind up adding more time. The defrost options are really good and doesn’t cook the food. The microwave is quiet and efficient
