Instead of ordering a replacement with the same features, BB recommended a replacement that was only a microwave and not a microwave oven. I didn't realize it was the wrong model until Overstreet came to my home today to measure for installation and told me the LG we ordered was only a microwave and not a microwave oven as I requested. I went to the Airport Freeway store today and talked with the Manager, who realized the problem and showed me what I needed to order. He was courteous and professional and solved my problems.

I purchsed this November 2022 and setup the installation May 2023 but they are keep push back the installation and finally installed late June. I visited more than 5 times in local store to complain this nobody resolved even store manager.
