This review is for Best Buy.
They sold this with installation. Was installed improperly broke my cabinet and is unwilling to offer a refund. Spoke to several people. One gentleman offered to refund the money when it was picked up. Money was not refunded went in the store again and they were in fathered unfriendly and refused to refund my money even though the microwave was returned because it was past the 60 days. Would not have bought the microwave had the installer not installed it btw everyone is considered a manager there at Best Buy. Very displeased will never shop there again. Still fighting to get my money back.

I should have done a little more research on this microwave. To me it seems to over complicate each task. Air fry and Bake are very underwhelming if you think this will replace your air fryer it will not. You will end up turning to your old air fryer on the counter. It takes double or triple the time to do air fry or bake. We have also encountered an issue where the door sensor does not sense that its closed. This will prevent the microwave from wokrong properly. I have seen other reviews where tbis is a common issue to watch out for. You end up havibg to slam it shut to have it recognize the door is closed. Hopefully LG will fix this door issue.

Love my new microwave! Replaced a similar older model.
