    This has been a great oven. So far all the options and quick cook options have been useful. It was backordered for a while for a good reason and worth the wait.

    Have been pleased with our new microwave. We have just scratched the surface learning all the included functions. We have used several of the pre-programs. We have successfully used the steam function. Functions left to explore, air fryer, convection.

    Definity worth purchasing. there is nothing I don't like about it. Works great, light is bright, heats food to perfection, and thaws meat. Haven't really used the convection oven yet. The sales lady was fantastic!

    Pay for the installation. I didn't. It's so awkward to do alone. Love the microwave though. Looks great, functions great, vent fan is powerful enough to pull the range smoke/steam out.

    Everything the description said it would be. Not impressed wih the airfyer. Takes long time for most foods and can't control the temperature. Only has seversl preset selections for airfyer.

    Had been very happy with this new microwave for over a year, many good features. Today while warming coffee the machine started making an odd grinding noise and flashing lights also smelled an electrical burn. thankfully I was standing nearby and stopped the unit. The smoke continued and I head a noise that turned out to be a fire inside the unit. Best Buy says their 1 year warranty is over so now I deal with LG. I don't think expecting my microwave to last 2 years without catching the house on fire is not an unrealistic expectation. Very disappointed.

    Nice looking microwave. Not very intuitive to use but works well so far. A bit unusual with bottom controls and center clock which gives it a modern look.

    This microwave replaced a microwave that only 16 months old. Not an LG. We love this microwave its sleek over the stove top and powerful! It does everything you could want an oven/microwave to do.

    After having for only a month, we are pleased this microwave. Only complaint so far is with the air fryer function. Items don’t brown or crisp.

    I love my microwave. It does so many functions that I have tried out new recipes. I love the quick lookup instructions inside door. So I love everything but the cleanup.

    The unit looks nice and works well cooking and reheating. What it does not do well is work as an exhaust above your stove. The suction is minimal. It would also have been nice if the on unit buttons would have been backlit so you don’t have to turn on lights to see the buttons and if there was a nightlight setting.
