I recently purchased the MHEC1737F and, unfortunately, I'm quite disappointed given the hefty price tag. While the automated defrost option works well and is convenient, the overall performance of the microwave leaves much to be desired. One of my main issues is that the microwave seems less powerful than other models I've used in the past. Cooking times are longer than expected, which is frustrating. My biggest complaint, however, is the air fryer feature. I tried cooking several slices of bacon, and it took over 20 minutes to finish. In comparison, a stovetop air fryer would have done the same job in less than 10 minutes, which I find unacceptable for a device marketed with such capabilities. I haven't yet tried the convection baking feature, but based on my experience so far, I am not optimistic. Overall, I regret my purchase and would not recommend this model to others looking for a reliable microwave with effective air frying abilities.

This item has not worked since installation correctly. The microwave does work as expected; however the convection bake or roasting does not work properly. The convection bake does not get to proper temperature. LG service has been out twice now to attempt this repair issue. The first technician didn’t come with tools for the job. The second technician explained that LG service must contact their technician service center for any repairs before beginning work. We were 13th in line, and the technician advised me that when he contacts the service center, it is their responsibility to make sure that LG is not responsible for any kind of service and that the unit is working properly. Well, once he finally gets his turn to speak with the technician service advisor, he put his phone on speaker so I can hear what is being said. The man on the phone said immediately that the unit was working properly and he kept referring to the product manual as to how it should operates but couldn’t find anything in the manual he was supposed to be quoting. At the end of the call, the technician said he was sorry and that he can see for himself that our unit is not working properly but he was left with the service advisors recommendation and the unit, although not working properly is working properly. The technician recommended that we should purchase a GE instead

we like LG products and our previous LG microwave lasted less than six years. The new microwave has multiple automatic functions for cooking which is very helpful. We like the appearance and cooking with it is good. It also is a convection oven.

Very good microwave… has WIFI and could control from your phone

This was easy to install in the place of our old microwave. We have used all of the functions: the microwave, the convection oven and the air frier and all work very well.

I recently got this LG all-in-one microwave, air fryer, oven, and range hood, and it has completely changed the way I cook. It does everything! The air fryer feature makes food crispy without extra oil, the oven bakes evenly, and the microwave heats food quickly and evenly.

Excellent unit that incorporates air fry, convection, and microwave. We selected the black stainless and had an extra wait time. Believe me the wait was worth it. This thing can cook what ever you want.

Just received today, so far everything is excellent and very excited about using all the new functions. Yes it may take a few secs more to heat stuff, but the trade off is the convection oven and air fry features. Matches my other LG kitchen products.

I’ve had this microwave for a month or so now. The microwave heats great, no issues there. We like the easy preset buttons. I’ve used the air fryer function and it works but I wasn’t able to obtain the crisping that I get from my counter top air fryer. The “print proof” claim is a joke, it shows every finger print, smudge, etc. The door extends the length of the microwave so you’ll need full space to open it.

It was very close to a month to get my item delivered and installed. Then it turned out i had to ask outside help to install. Once that was done, I love love love my under range micro, convection & air fryer all in one. Definitely not dissappointed with my product!

Due to backorders and some confusion on Best Buys computer system it took a while to get delivered. Had a support team that really helped get problem solved. The people who delivered and installed microwave were excellent. Very friendly and took time to show us how it worked.

Purchased this for my significant other & he’s in love…with the microwave! Ha! Sleek design, easy to use & very versatile.

Satisfied overall. Microwave looks good installed. Features are easy to use. Microwave could be a little more powerful as cook time seems to take a little longer but still gets the job done.

Air fry ability is limited to preset frozen foods. was wanting more control of temp and time

Great space saver. Its a microwave and air fryer all in one. Microwave function take slightly longer to heat up food. We're talking 30-45sec longer; not a huge difference. I will take that trade off to have one less appliace on my kitchen counter. Air fryer is on par with my Cuisinart air fryer. I like how it connects to my LG range and will automatically turn on the fan anytime I have a burner on. If you're looking to reduce the counter clutter, I highly recommend this product.
